This is a free standing 3 bedroom condo in a beautiful setting 2 hours from Vancouver. A perfect place for a quiet break, or a holiday full of the best activities Canada offers. 7 day rental minimum.
The 2 bedrooms on the top floor have their own balconies that open to breath taking views. The town of Sechelt is 20 minutes away and has lots of shopping, restaurants, beaches, & art shops. Gibsons is 40 minutes down the road, close to the ferry terminal where a 40 minute ferry ride takes you to Horseshoe Bay. From there you are 40 minutes to Whistler - the ski site for the 2010 Olympics, and 20 minutes to downtown Vancouver. From our unit, you can walk to the Jolly Roger's for dinner or a pub night, or stroll down to the marina where the Upper Deck offers fine dining. Boat rentals are a walk away, and kayak rentals are available in Sechelt, or down the road at the world class Rock Water Resort. Our fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to spend the evening on the main deck, enjoying a class of vine, while enjoying freshly grilled seafood on the gas bar-b-que.
3 golf courses along the coast with small town prices, and the new tennis centre in Sechelt round out our favorite activities.
The Sunshine coast is a visual delight.

We live in Alberta, the province next to B.C., but love to come out to the ocean. We have family in the area and each time we venture west we discover more beauty.
Why the Owner Chose Halfmoon Bay
The views from our condo make it easy to stay inside and read a book while listening to a crackling fire. For the active times, golf, tennis and boating make the west coast seem like Utopia. Easy hikes are nearby, but if you want more of a challenge they aren't hard to find. There is a 7 day minimum rental.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Incredible scenery, access to the great outdoors, and enjoying the ocean is what has drawn us to this area. We have rented boats from the marina below us, booked a captain to take us out fishing, gone hiking, kayaking, & have gone to the spa. Excellent dining a walk away is a treat, but my favorite thing is enjoying a home cooked meal on the deck. I have always thought that this place would be a writers dream.
