The great room is centered around an impressive stone fireplace. A sunken bar with leather captain’s chairs is backed by a high arched window overlooking the stone patio, lawns and gardens with views towards the ocean and golden sunsets.
The kitchen, another great gathering spot connected to the great room, offers a large granite island where friends can gather while you cook in the gourmet kitchen (dual ovens, Thermador stove).
The round dining table overlooking a side garden seats up to 8 people, and is connected to the kitchen by a butler’s pantry. Recessed lighting, fine art, and superior furnishings complement the exceptional architecture of this splendid villa.
On the main floor guests will enjoy two bedroom suites, each with its own full bath (one with a fully enclosed Swedish sauna, and a steam shower).
In addition, an office with a large TV over the gas fireplace and a built-in desk can be easily converted to another bedroom with a comfortable pull-down wall bed. There is also a half bath on the main floor for guests.
Upstairs is a craft or computer room at the top of the stairs, with the remainder of the floor devoted to a master bedroom/bath/dressing suite.
