Our immaculate 4 bedroom home is located in Peconic, Long Island just steps from a private sandy bay beach in the heart of Long Island’s Wine Country. Enjoy long walks on the beach, fish, bike and enjoy your quiet surroundings. Our house is a large, comfortable, family-equipped 4 bedroom, 3 bath L shaped ranch with natural cedar shingles. We have an in ground pool and an out-door shower on a quiet wooded lot.

We rented this property for the week of 7/31/10. Our two children, with their families of 5 and 4 joined us from Indiana and Connecticut. The grandchildren ranged from 2-12. The facilties are super! The kids loved the beautiful pool and used kayaks on Peconic Bay. Shopping is a 5 minute drive. We barbecued gas and charcoal and ate out 2 nights. There are many quality restaurants in the immediate area. I would highly recommend thisfacility. We even saw the Mets win a rare game on one of the 3 cable television sets.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.
