Why the Owner Chose Mont Tremblant
We chose to buy in Canada because we wanted to expose the children to the European flair that exists in Mont Tremblant. With the bi-lingual atmosphere, fine dining, and Laurentian warmth offered by our small luxury hotel, we thought this was a perfect vacation destination. It is very accessible by car or airplane, located about one hour North of Montreal.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Since we purchased this hotel pre-construction in 2004, and closed on the property in December of 2005,, we are very much a part of the entire Chateau Beuavallon experience. We all feel it is a home away from home. We have our favorites restaurants, like Trattoria D'Lage, where Chef Daniel comes and lets my daughter go and make her own desserts in the kitchen, even when he is serving Catherine Zeta Jones and Michael Douglas!!We love having an all season resort, where the skiing is just as wonderful in the winter as the tennis and golf are in the summer. Also being "foodies" and having lived in Europe for nearly 8 years, I feel Chateau Beauvallon offers the French/European experience, for a fraction of the cost and close proximity to NY!

We are both native New Yorkers currently residing in Westchester County, NY. We own and operate our own Real Estate Business in Westchester. Being actively involved in Real Estate on a daily basis, we have invested our time and money in different properties around the world. One of our favorites for the family is in Canada. We have two girls, ages 12 and 8, and every year (twice a year) we all look forward to visiting Mont Tremblant. Our eldest daughter has gone to Sleep-away camp in the Tremblant area the past two years, and our youngest has gone to day camp there as well. (and they both love it!)
