Great Villa in Puerto Rico inside the property of a Wyndham Resort. Just 3 minutes from the beach
in golf cart!!!! (available upon request). It has 1 king bed and 2 queen sofa beds, in other words 6
persons can sleep without problem. It has air conditioning in the entire villa with 42 inch plasma TV in the common
area and a 30 inch flat screen TV in the master bedroom with cable tv in both areas. A great view of the golf
club with access to different restaurants in the beach, the golf club and in the main hotel. The kitchen and the entire villa has been refurnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, regular oven . . . everything!!!!! And it has WIFi!!!!!!!!!!

My 3 friends and I stayed at this unit over the Thanksgiving weekend. It was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable. The additional half bathroom was a better feature that we expected. The place is not new so there is some wear and tear but nothing that could ruin a vacation at a beautiful place. Fun things to do: drive the golf cart to the beach, go for a run around the entire resort, go to the pool, watch the bad golfers, walk to the hotel in the morning to get a cup of coffee, checkout the mansions around Las Vistas... Disregard the previous review; I did and we enjoyed the toaster and the beach chairs. :-) Cons: Needs better lighting in the unit; patio chairs could be replaced, don't think is big enough for 6 people; grounds maintenance crew start too early forcing us to get up before 7 AM (not a bad thing, we went for a run early morning).Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

Upon arrival we spent the entire first day cleaning! We had to wash all the dishes, silverware,pots,etc. and there is no dishwasher! The refrig had food left and also needed complete cleaning. The counters and cabinets all needed cleaning also. After a trip to the store for cleaning supplies - buying new pots and a toaster we then felt we could use the kitchen. There were also coffee grinds in the coffee maker. We also bought 2 beach chairs (which were suppose to be there). After contacting the owner his only reply was "sorry about that"!!
