Kitchen well equipped with side by side frig., smooth top stove, built in microwave, disposal and a new dishwasher. Pots/pans, blender, steamer, toaster, and coffee pot!
Short walk to beach and a cart to haul stuff. Enjoy the pool and club house with kitchen, ice machine and bathrooms. Plenty of restaurants, Sea Aquarium, boat rentals, shopping nearby and historic Fort Macon out your front door!

Year Purchased: 2006
Will and Cindy have a 10 year boy named Trey that loves the beach. body surfing, fishing from the beach, football and kickball in the courtyard, whiffle-ball....you name it, its all there, including the bases. We live approx 1 hour away and slip down as much as possible between soccer, basketball, and all other summer camps. Fall is the best time of all, we enjoy the "down-time". Will is a home builder and Cindy sells real estate so we have a full/busy plate! Enjoy our home! picture taken New Years eve.
Why the Owner Chose Atlantic Beach
We love the privacy of Fort Macon, love the social community, tons of kids, grilling out, beach, boat and pool. We are outside from sun up to sun down when we are there. Its gated and extremely safe! Location, location, location!!!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our favorite hang out is the garage. Its right in the middle of everything so kick back in one of the Adirondack chairs and enjoy! Short walk to beach, a great place to exercise in the morning walking miles down the beach, restaurant all around....all you need!
