MAJOR NEWS! We have just done an extensive remodel. All the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms are new, and granite counter tops are installed. The tile flooring is extended into the bedroom and master bathroom. A new tile shower is installed. Plan now to be among the first to stay in this newly remodeled, luxury vacation home.
Enjoy our tropical paradise located on the desirable front row of the resort, overlooking the boat launch, the ocean and the islands of Kaho'olawe and Lana'i. THE VIEW IS SUPER! The popular Kamaole III Beach State Park is also across the street, and the beautiful, long Keawakapu Beach is a short walk in the other direction. Kamaole II and Kamaole I are the other sandy, white beaches that are very nearby. Of course, there are many other world famous beaches in South Maui that are just a short drive.
We maintain the property, so that people want to return to our condo. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the washer and dryer are so convenient. Just pack a swim suit and a couple of changes of clothes, and you are ready to vacation at our condo.
The lanai is a great place to relax, watch the whales, and see the sunset. An extra bonus is the enclosed lanai off of the bedroom. We love to add exotic plants and see how they grow. In fact, along with many tropical flowers, we even have a dwarf banana tree.
The condo is decorated with original art that enhances the tropical atmosphere.
The tile floor gives a contemporary and clean feel.

- Ocean View : You can see the whales jumping in the ocean from the kitchen and living area. The condo sits on a slight hill, so you look over a boat launch area to the sea. You can also see the islands of Kaho'olawe and Lanai. Watching the sunsets from the lanai is a must! If you step straight out from the lanai and look to the right, you see more of the ocean and the West Maui Mountains.

Why the Owner Chose Maui Kamaole
We love the beaches in South Maui. We appreciated that this property is low-rise, low density and has beautiful landscaping. There is definitely a luxury feel. We were most excited by the ocean view, and the large, quiet area of green lawn in front of our condo. We especially appreciate that the ocean is visible from the kitchen and the living area.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our favorite breakfast on the lanai is a fruit smoothie which we make in the condo's blender with a mixture of many tropical fruits. We also have some of Jeanne's Cinnamon Raisin Bread. Then we know we are home. We go to the beach almost every morning, sometimes with our art supplies. We swim, walk, and paint a local scene. When we return to the condo, we enjoy the beauty and the peaceful atmosphere. We are just minutes from the resorts and shops of the beautiful and ritzy area of Wailea, so when we want to be in on the resort scene, we have access to the amenities without the high hotel bills.

Many years ago we went to Maui with our boys. After our first trip, they always wanted to choose Maui as our vacation spot. We had to agree. Maui no ka oi....Maui is the best. We love the warmth of the air and the ocean water. We are both artists and belong to a couple of groups of artists who paint on location in Maui. My husband is a retired high school teacher. It has added to our pleasure to get to know our renters who also love Maui as much as we do. We're happy to answer questions about the condo and Maui. Who wouldn't want to talk about the beauty and opportunities on Maui?

We had a wonderful stay in this condo recently. It was recently updated and there were many extras such as full kitchen tools, extra sheets, beach towels, soaps/sponges/towels provided by the owners that were over and above what we had expected. The unit is ground floor with a breath taking view of the sunset overlooking a well manicured lawn. Facing S. Kiehei Rd so a bit of noisy but only a 5 min walk down the path and across the street to a beautiful stretch of beach. Beach is not the largest and busy, but not hard to find a spot. Convenient to an outdoor pool in block C, which they say is heated but we found it cold. Parking and garbage facility also convenient. The best part about this unit was how clean it was. Likely because the owners go often to keep things in very good shape. Would stay here again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

It is a sad day today as we leave Maui, but we have memories of great experiences this visit. We have really enjoyed staying in G105 and like the location--from the lanai we have observed whales, sunsets, boats going out from Kihei boat launch. We explored different beaches, visited Upcountry and went to the very interesting Maui Aquarium. Mahalo for allowing us to enjoy your lovely condo! We hope we can return!!

Whale sightings, sunsets, walks on the beach, tennis, snorkeling, lazy days on the beach, visits to Haleakala, the road to Hana, upcountry picnics, Pacific Whale Foundation whale watching, and return to our lovely condo. You have a beautiful condo, and we were so lucky to be able to share it!....The renovation makes it look like a castle. There were a lot of open houses that we went to, so we know! We had a fabulous five days and hope to come back again.

We stayed in Unit G105 at the Maui Kamaole for 10 days in July 2010. What a treat! This fully-featured resort home was absolutely amazing and greatly exceeded all of our expectations. The ocean views from the condo were spectacular -- we enjoyed gorgeous Maui sunsets daily and the day time views and ocean breezes were incredible. The website photos/descriptions don't do justice to this beautiful home and its fantastic amenities. Recently renovated by the wonderful owners (Linda & Doug), the condo is truly amazing. Linda was a pleasure to work with before, during and after our trip. The attention to detail and the high quality finishes throughout the unit were awesome. I've stayed in many other condo units/high end resorts on Maui for the last 25 years and this was by far the most memorable and enjoyable of all of those trips. The two (2) flat screen televisions were a nice added touch. The unit was fully equipped with everything that we needed to make this our "home aways from home" for our vacation. There was nothing that we needed that wasn't already supplied by the owners of this wonderful property. The tropical grounds were lush, beautiful and extremely well maintained. The two pools and the many Weber Gas barbecues scattered throughout the property were an outstanding additional feature of the development. The location of the Maui Kamaole was fantastic -- close to the wonderful beaches of Kihei, Maalaea, Wailea and Makena and the town on Kiehi. Lahaina and Kaanapali/Kahana/Napili are just a short car ride to the north. We spent the majority of our time in the Kihei/Wailea/Makena areas. Don't miss the wonderful, easy shoreline access snorkeling at Ulua Beach (adjacent to the Wailea Marriott/Ulua Village). For the more adventurous, incredible snorkeling is just a short drive south of the condo at several locations in the Ahihi Kina'u Natural Area and La Perouse Bay. Every beach was beautiful, pristine and just a short ride from the condo. One of our favorites was "Little Beach" -- a must for those with a sense of adventure. In summary, this was an excellent property in every way, in a great location, in a fantastic development with the most wonderful owners. I would highly encourage anyone looking for a beautiful vacation rental home on Maui to take advantage of this outstanding, fully-featured condominium for their next trip to paradise. We'll be back for years to come -- we're already planning our next trip!

Aloha Linda: Thank you kindly for sharing your home in paradise with Gerry and I. Your condo was extremely comfortable with modern updates and superb view from patio. Our fav. places were: the beaches of course espec. Makena Cove and Po' lenalena Beaches. Maui Ocean Centre is also well worth a visit - awesome aquarium. Fav. places to eat out - Buzz's Wharf great for steak or seafood. Luau at the Grand Wailea was well worth the $ - great buffet, excellent food, drinks, entertainment was super and you could not beat being by the ocean at sunset. Hope to be back again one day. If you are thinking of planning a trip up to Canada one day, please come and visit us in Port Moody at our B. &B. Caledonia Highland Bed & Breakfast. Maui No Ka Oi ! (Maui is the best).
