  This is a quiet condo in excellent condition across the street from the beach but set back enough so that it is quiet. The view of the ocean is lovely. We have rented many condos, houses, apartments, etc., over the years. This was by far the best maintained. It had basic supplies such as napkins, paper towels, laundry detergent, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, etc., the sort of items you need, but don't want to purchase for a short stay. Would highly recommend the rental and the photos depict the condo accurately. The owner is very pleasant. One pool at the complex is heated but it is not a lap pool. We did not visit the other pool as it was not heated.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

I think renting from the owner gives a much more personal experience than doing it through an agency. I enjoy getting acquainted with our guests as they are making their plans. It is always fun to talk about Maui!

  Our condo was beautiful and the view was amazing. We had everything we needed and more to make our stay more than comfortable. The original art work painted by Linda graced the walls. We will return.

  You'll find everything you need in this well appointed condo. The owners were very helpful and readily available. The location is ideal. And the sunsets were unforgettable!

  My husband & I recently stayed at this property. It was everything the listing said and more. We have rented condos over the years but this was the best equipped, most tastefully decorated and well maintained of any we've ever had.From my first inquiry to our arrival, Linda was most helpful and available and even left us a box of macadamia nut chocolates! The condo had everything we needed including boogie boards, beach chairs & towels, beach umbrellas and a large and a small cooler. ( which we used for our picnics!) We made good use of all of them. The lanai is beautiful and again, nicely furnished. The view is spectacular!! We watched the sun go down over the ocean almost every evening. Did I mention that the location is also amazing? Right across the road from one of the top 10 beaches in Maui and you can walk from it to two more of the top rated beaches! Kehei is very central with Walea about 10 minutes south and Lahaina just a 40 minute drive north. Linda had recommended that we try the Happy Hour at Gannon's - excellent! Also really enjoyed The Feast at LeLe. Lots to do and see but we especially enjoyed our lanai, the beach, snorkeling and walking! Thanks for a beautiful accommodation Doug & Linda - we will return!

• Absolutely perfect!

  This was our second stay in this particular condo. I cannot picture staying anywhere else! The view is second to none, beautiful tile everywhere (no yucky carpet!), upgraded kitchen and bathrooms with granite. Fantastic comfy furniture including a great lounge chair outside. Parking is right outside door. My favorite is the beautiful tropical pool and the short walk to all the best kihei has to offer in terms of food, shopping and entertainment. We love it so much we order diner in or cook most nights to take advantage of the stunning sunset right on our own lanai! Did I mention clean? I'm one of those picky travellers that travels with a swiffer mop. No need in this place! Oh, and check out the original art by Linda and her husband, you might even be able to purchase a piece if one catches your eye!

  We recently spent 8 nights in unit G105 and were not disappointed! The condo was immaculate and contained everything we needed from shampoo to spices to beach chairs!! Linda was helpful from the get-go, providing all the information necessary to make our stay so special and hassle-free! Our 4 young adult "kids" occupied a 2 bedroom unit a few steps away - so convenient for everyone! The view from the lanai was amazing! We didn't need to use the A/C at all - the ceiling fans and breeze kept us cool and comfortable! We enjoyed the easy walking access to beaches, the boat ramp for the scuba/snorkeling trip to Molokini, to Sarento's for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the short drive to the great shops and restaurant (Monkeypod) in Wailea. This is a highly recommendable condo with wonderful hosts!

  My husband and I were looking for the perfect spot for our 'babymoon' - one last amazingly relaxing, romantic getaway before our baby's arrival. We were fortunate enough to come across Linda and Doug's listing. First of all, I have to say that they are lovely people - very helpful and responsive, going above and beyond to make sure we had our dream vacation. When we arrived, there was a box of chocolates waiting for us along with magazines, guides and personal notes on their favourite dining spots. The location of the condo couldn't be beat - right across from the beach, walking distance to malls (and ice cream) and close proximity to Wailea (without the Wailea pricetag). The view from the unit was surely one of the best, if not THE best in the complex. We had considered some places with 'peek-a-boo' views set further back, but after exploring the complex, we are so happy we decided on Linda's unit - so much better than the other condos. We did have concerns about the road noise, seeing that it's oceanfront, but honestly, it wasn't an issue whatsoever. You won't notice any noise other than the birds chirping, and besides, the sunset view is so spectacular you shouldn't settle for anything less! Linda and Doug had all the amenities we needed - and then some. Beach chairs, towels, cooler, you name it. The unit itself was clean with an updated kitchen, bathroom and tile floor. We spent our mornings and evenings out on the lanai, looking at the water, and reading our books (I should mention there is also a recliner on the lania that isn't in the photos - great for suntanning). It was quiet and serene, but still close to everything including the lower swimming pool. I would definitely recommend this unit (and have done so already) to friends and family, and hope to return soon!

  My wife and I recently returned from a 9 day stay at this condo. What a wonderful time we had. For a couple looking to getaway, this spot has it all. The attention to detail and the amenties were all top notch and the condo was spotless! There is beach gear for you to borrow and lots of beach locations to choose from. We typically end each day on the lanai with drinks in hand to watch the sun set and see the whales breach. What a magical spectacle. We can hardly wait to return.

  We had a wonderful stay in this condo recently. It was recently updated and there were many extras such as full kitchen tools, extra sheets, beach towels, soaps/sponges/towels provided by the owners that were over and above what we had expected. The unit is ground floor with a breath taking view of the sunset overlooking a well manicured lawn. Facing S. Kiehei Rd so a bit of noisy but only a 5 min walk down the path and across the street to a beautiful stretch of beach. Beach is not the largest and busy, but not hard to find a spot. Convenient to an outdoor pool in block C, which they say is heated but we found it cold. Parking and garbage facility also convenient. The best part about this unit was how clean it was. Likely because the owners go often to keep things in very good shape. Would stay here again.

  It is a sad day today as we leave Maui, but we have memories of great experiences this visit. We have really enjoyed staying in G105 and like the location--from the lanai we have observed whales, sunsets, boats going out from Kihei boat launch. We explored different beaches, visited Upcountry and went to the very interesting Maui Aquarium. Mahalo for allowing us to enjoy your lovely condo! We hope we can return!!
