Our 3500 SF house is ideally located close to skiing, hiking, lakes, and plenty of shopping. We are next door to Keystone and under 15 miles to Breckenridge, A-Basin, and Copper.
We are located in Summerwood neighborhood, some of the nicest homes in Summit County. We are located by the Summit County bike bath that leads to Lake Dillon and Keystone Lake.
We have 4 huge bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a full bathroom and each bedroom has beds that sleep between 3 and 6 people per room.
The gourmet kitchen includes TWO Bosch dishwashers, 6 burner commercial range, and a huge island that seats five. Our house has 20’ vaulted ceilings and majestic views from the great room, deck, and bedrooms.
Our home is just steps away from the club house with a hot tub, work out room, indoor basket ball court, and tennis courts. Around the corner of our neighborhood is the summit county bike bath.
Keystone resort is home to some of the best mountain biking trails in the summer and some of the best skiing and night skiing in the summit ride plus the gondola in summer or winter.

Why the Owner Chose Summerwood
One daughter and husband live in Denver, and we were always renting a place over the holidays, so we decided to buy a house so we could spend time as a family and ski during the year.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The house is huge, big open space in all 5 rooms (5 rooms for 3500 SF - that means no wasted space), close to the lake and bike paths. In the winter its close to Keystone and Breckenridge (on Swan Mountain road) Everyone loves the great room because people can be at the game table, kitchen island, watching TV, cooking dinner and everyone is part of the same room.
