From the moment you enter the vaulted ceiling two-story villa, you are presented with the timeless décor of Florida living. The villa features 2113 square feet of living space, 4Bed, 3 1/2 Bath, formal dining, 2 car attached garage. The villa includes a spacious downstairs master suite equipped with a king-size sleigh bed, separate soaking tub and walk-in shower and closet. Upstairs is a mini master with a queen-size bed, spacious closet, and its own bath. The other two bedrooms upstairs are furnished with two twin beds in one room and a bunk bed in the other. Both rooms have spacious closets, and a common full bath. Granite countertops, ceramic tile, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, front-loading washer and dryer in the separate laundry room, Wi-Fi, and a large flat screen HDTV in the living room make this a well deserved home away from home.
This villa is in the perfect location for a family getaway. The Hammocks is a new, premier resort-style, gated coastal community located a short drive south of Sarasota, just minutes to Boca Grande's pristine beaches and across the street from Palm Island Marina and Johnny Leverocks Seafood Restaurant – a local favorite. Note - This Villa is so new the street doesn't show up on Mapquest or Google! The community features old Florida architecture, metal roofs, calming colors and lush landscaping. Amenities include a 5,600 square foot clubhouse, a business center, cafe/bar, catering kitchen, game room, separate fitness center, zero-entry heated pool, spa and tennis courts in a tropical setting.

Golfing: Our unit is across the street from the Lemon Bay Golf Club and within 10 minutes of 10 other courses!

Beach/Shelling: The ferry to Palm Island is directly across the street. It takes about 10-15 minutes (excluding the 3-5 minute ferry ride) to walk to the beach. Boca Grande is only a 5 minute drive south of our villa.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING VILLA. We don’t like going on vacation without our dog, so we have opted to make our villa pet friendly.
