The house is set back from the street( it is the original home on the lot, there is an additional home in front) and is nicely enclosed making it ideal for children.A spacious front patio with a covered deck and seating and also a back patio give you plenty of outdoor space. A gas barbeque is provided for a meal alfresco on the deck! A fully stocked,spacious kitchen lets the gourmet in you have a little fun! Fully furnished with all new furniture,spacious living room and open floor plan, 42 inch TV and accessories. A king, a queen,, two twins, two full baths and in house laundry make your stay comfortable and convienient.
Within a 1/2 block are: a bagel shop, convenience store, Chinese restaurant, Mexican food, drycleaner.....
Located just 5 minutes from the village of La Jolla and it's shopping and variety of restaurants, a seal rookery at The Children's Pool, Scripp's Park, the Cove (beach, known for its snorkeling) and the Cave (a fun walk down a very old tunnel which ends in a cave at the water). San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and downtown San Diego are just 25 minutes away. Also very near are Sea World, Torrey Pines State Park (beautiful hiking trails) Legoland, The Wild Animal Park........the list goes on!

Why the Owner Chose Windansea Community
I've loved this house since I first moved into it in 1976. I love that it's right at the beach, in fact all my kids were pretty much raised there! It's unique in it's architecture, high beam ceilings and lots of windows. It has a very good feel.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The fact that it is literally just steps from the beach and that it is set back off the street make this the ideal retreat. Plenty of room, 2 full baths and very clean!
