What a wonderful home for a family vacation, the whole family and extended family. This luxury family vacation home in beautiful Destin, Florida is 4,000 square feet with 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, formal dining room, breakfast eating area, living room and a third floor family room with wet bar and a 22’ X 22’ Gulf view patio area.

The large fully equipped kitchen has a double oven, microwave, stove, double door refrigerator and dishwasher - all the conveniences of home. The elegant dining room has comfortable seating for 10 plus 8 additional seating for the children in the breakfast area. The first floor has the kitchen, dining room, breakfast area, living room, laundry room (washer & dryer) and a guest bedroom, with queen bed and a full bath. The living room has two sleeper sofas and total seating for 14.

The second floor has 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. The master bedroom, with private balcony, has a king bed, and a master bathroom suite with over sized walk in shower, large jetted tub and a double vanity. The second guest bedroom has a private bath with tub/shower, queen bed and one twin bed. The third guest bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (queen beds on the bottom & twins on the top), and a full bathroom with shower. The 4th and 5th guest bedrooms have a queen bed, and a full bath with tub/shower combinations.

The third floor is the social center of the home, with large screen TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, wet bar, half bath and a large 22’ by 22’ deck. The deck has plenty of seating for guests and a gorgeous view of sunrises and sunsets and the entire Crystal Beach area of Destin, Florida.

The outside has a private pool, with integrated hot tub, gas BBQ, 1/2 bath (off the garage) and patio seating for all of your guests. Villa De Vino is one block to a convenient beach access. With 6 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms (and 2-1/2 bathrooms) this home is ideal for a multiply family vacation or a large extended family get together, all under one roof.

  • We have been coming to Destin as a family for five years. This was the best place we have stayed in. The home is beautiful and each room provides privacy and quiet. The pool/jacuzzi was a huge hit! There was plenty of room for people to enjoy what they wanted to, whether it be TV or board games. The rooftop deck offers water view and sunset view. This house is really close to the beach, w/ private access, very convenient. As my sister said as we were leaving, "Well, I think this is the one".

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa de Vino the week of Sept. 15. The Scali's were wonderful to work with and very helpful with any questions. The house was the setting for our father's 70th birthday party and the layout of the house was perfect for a large crowd. The upstairs deck is awesome! The Bunk Room is best suited for kids since 2 other bedrooms can be accessed by cutting through it. The beach was truly a short and easy walk up the street. (and with thunderstorms coming ashore 3 times in one day - we really appreciated the short walk!) We can't wait to head back down!
