Come see this beautifully decorated unit, from the time you walk through the entry door all the way to the balcony you are in awe of the unit of the furnishings and decor.
We offer you a king, queen bed and a sofa sleeper. A HD flat screen TV in the living room with a DVD player, VCR and stereo for entertainment. While outside on the balcony enjoying the company of others or alone just listening to the waves roll in, watch out for the dolphins playing, we are on the 9th floor so you will have the perfect lookout spot for them. The master bedroom is gulf front with a TV and DVD player. The second bedroom has a TV and DVD player also, with a private bath in each bedroom. There is internet service, you will have to have an Ethernet cord for access.
The kitchen is well equipped for those who love to cook, just in case you want to go out and purchase some of our LOCAL FRESH GULF SEAFOOD from our many wonderful fish houses we have all you'll need to cook a delightful dinner.
Ocean House has the best pool area in Gulf Shores, it is a zero entry pool which is great for old and young alike, the size of the pool area is great so everyone can enjoy the pool or for those of you that prefer the sand we are only a few steps away from the water. We have a BBQ area where you can grill on a charcoal grill.
Gulf Shores offers many things to do from shopping, dining, playing golf, water park to just going to the water and relaxing because after all you are on vacation.
Come enjoy our unit, our beaches and all of the amenities that we have to offer. Most of all come enjoy our view of the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our 9th floor balcony.
Rental rates do not include a $200 security/damage deposit, $100 cleaning fee, 11% tax, add 3% when paying for with a credit card. There is paid parking on site.
