This property had me at "hello" -- I love unusual and interesting views. This condo had 2 views that stunned and at the same time an incredible sense of privacy, too. Our condo has a direct gulf front view, but also has a view of the Bay and Pass. I love watching small boats make their trek out into the Gulf and it's a great nighttime view -- when the Gulf can be dark. I feel alive in this condo!

Our 3BR/3BA condo sleeps 8. We have a king in the master and queens in both the other bedrooms. We also have just purchased a new queen sleeper sofa so it will be comfortable! Our condo is meant for entertaining. We have a large dining table on our tiled balcony along with a well-stocked kitchen and large dining table in the unit as well.

The master bath has a separate jetted tub and shower. We also have a great bar in the condo as well. Grand Pointe was thoughtfully built to maximize views while also having areas that are family and guest friendly. From the magnificent and beautiful outdoor grilling area (with Gazebo) to the 1 acre of fluffy white sand (this is one of the only direct gulf buildings in Orange Beach with that kind of gulf front acreage and sand), you will marvel at the value of this condo for all the punch it packs. From the magnificent pools and hot tubs, to the dry and steam saunas and fitness area, you will become a regular renter for years to come.

  • I would like to share about the WONDERFUL time my family and I had this summer at the Grand Pointe Condo Unit 201. I found this condo using the VRBO and when the Condo I chose was actually booked the owner was very kind in helping me find another for my stay. I really did not want to be as close to the Perdido Pass Bridge, but after talking with the owner and her description of the view, I was convinced to give it a try. She was so right and very helpful. The view from our condo was FABULOUS. Our grandchildren loved watching the boats come in and out during the day and at night. Now the walk to the beach was a good walk but once you got there the beach was great especially for the children. The condo was just right for our family, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and especially the 3rd bedroom with a queen size bed (not twin). Each family had their own room and our granddaughters used the couch bed, which was quite comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished for our family of 10 and very clean. It was really nice to have extra beach towels for our use, something that has never been available in the years past at other condos. There were plenty of regular towels and washcloths also; another plus that has been slack in other condos. Spending time in Unit 201 at Grand Pointe was a blessing and we all felt that we were home at the beach, so we will be back again!
