"Kai" is an excellent name for this large, two bedroom, two bath condo. In Hawaii, the word, "Kai" means "the sea". In South Africa, the word "Kai" means beautiful and in Scandinavia it means, "keeper of the keys" "Kai" at Coral Reef is beautiful, and key to the perfect beach vacation. It is fun and relaxing.
Prepare to be impressed. Lush landscaping surrounds the Porte cochiere. Upon your arrival, feel tensions subside. You've arrived! Elegance surrounds you. Soft custom greens, tasteful beach decor, sparkling glass, tropical plants flowers, luxurious fabrics and attention to detail are obvious benefits of "Kai" The condo is beautiful, comfortable and convenient.
The kitchen may surprise you. Intelligent design and beauty create a place the microwave novice or family chef will enjoy. Many people would enjoy having this kitchen at home. It is large, well furnished, well lit and attractive.
One of its nice features is the space. This is not a kitchen in the corner of the Family room. Cooks will enjoy the kitchen's view of the beach. Meals can be shared in the dining room or outside, alfresco, on the large, gulf front balcony.
The spacious living room is attractive with enough space for everyone to stretch out and relax. The wide sliding glass doors offer a great view from the living room. There is a large, flat screen HDTV and DVD player.
The dining room is open and airy, with sparkling glass walls and a rare semi-octagon shape. With the breakfast bar nearby, six to eight people can clearly dine in comfort and style.
The gulf front master suite is a king size private retreat. The bedroom offers a therapeutic king size bed, indirect and overhead lighting, luxurious fabrics, lots of pillows, plants, television and DVD player, a fantastic beach view, dressing area and a beautiful private bath with a huge jetted tub. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 double beds and has convenient access to the second full bath.
The bank of windows provides a great view of North Lagoon. Right outside the 2nd bedroom, guests will find a sturdy, attractive trundle, day bed. The twin over full size offers a comfortable place to relax or sleep.
Of course, we know that the beach is the main attraction. After all, Kai, at Coral Reef is on "The World's Most Beautiful Beach". "Kai" comes with complimentary beach service, 2 chaise lounges and an umbrella, for our guests to enjoy.
Remember, in Hawai "Kai" means the sea. On Panama City Beach, "Kai" means "Great Vacation"!

Why the Owner Chose Coral Reef
Thomas Drive is a quiet end of "The World's Most Beautiful Beach" This is a family oriented end with less traffic, greater emphasis on the beach, properties on Thomas Drive have the greatest expanse of beach front than those further down. Captain Anderson's Marina and St. Andrews State Park are two of the major "attractions" on the Thomas Drive end.

Coral Reef is a private, luxury property with excellent beach front, 2 swimming pools, beach side grills, tiki hut, beach services and exercise facility. Kai is a large, two bedroom two bath condo with superb view of the Gulf of Mexico.
