My wife and enjoy this part of Ft. Worth because the surrounding homes are kept groomed and clean. It is considered one of the nicest middle class neighborhoods. Not once have we experienced a negative incident. We have really enjoyed it.
This home is comfortable and peaceful, with good neighbors on a nice cul-de-sac and off the main road, but easy to get to just about anywhere you would like to go ... like Ft. Worth, Texas/ Grapevine, Texas, Colleyville, South Ft. Worth, Cowtown in Ft. Worth, Six Flags, you name it and you won't be but a few minutes away, it is also close to DFW airport and to your major freeways, like int. 183; highway 121; loop 820.

My wife and I are pretty much retired and are beginning do some traveling, primarily to Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, Colorado where our daughter lives, so we decided to put our homes on VRBO so that others can stay at a comfortable price, especially larger families, as it can be very expensive to travel with a large family. We feel that this way everyone that stays at our vacation rentals have the same accommodations as if you were at home, saving you - the vacationer, a few dollars. We also have the another home listing that is comfortable and clean. This home is no different as far as appearance.
Why the Owner Chose Fort Worth
This vacation rental was originally a home for our son that was moving back from Fort Collins, CO. Now he has moved on to a larger home, so we have decided to make it a vacation home when we are not in town.
