Our home is six years old and is located on a fresh water pond. There are steps that go down to the water where a canoe is available for your use. This pond connects to a great pond (White) which is also fresh water. Since these are fresh water ponds, nothing motorized is allowed; therefore, you will see kayaking, rowboats, canoes, sailboats, etc. It is also an ideal location for fishing.
Everything is convenient - bicycle trail, shopping, restaurants, and town is within a distance of two miles. There are also many golf courses in the area and we are members of Cape Cod National. In this regard, if anyone has a desire to play at this course, call us and we can make arrangements for you to play. If you play with Chuck - the rate is $90; if you choose to play alone - the rate is $140.

We all loved the house - and the view over the pond. The canoe was an added bonus, although our granddaughter "freaked" when a spider came to visit. The little beach down the road was most enjoyable and was our favorite. Ridgevale Beach - great beach for young children. Thanks for the crib and hi-chair - made travel so much easier.

Another wonderful week on Cape Cod! We love the location here in Chatham - it is so nice to be only a few minutes away from such great kayaking opportunities and the bike trail is such a plus. The house is so comfortable, and we enjoyed reading and watching birds from the deck overlooking the pond. We had superb dinners at the Regatta in Cotuit, Twenty Eight Atlantic, and the Ocean House in Dennisport. We also enjoyed clam chowder and baked cod at the "Chatham Squire." Thanks for your hospitality - we will be back!

We had a wonderful vacation at your levely home in Chatham. The house was like a home away from home with all the comforts and amenities. We greatly appreciated the crib, hi-chair and gate for our little baby. The kids loved the pond and the canoe and going fishing. They enjoyed listening for the bullfrogs and seeing fireworks from the deck on the 4th. Mike and I loved downtown Chatham, the Friday night band concert and the 4th of July parade was a hit for all along with golfing with Chuck, the steamers, Chatham fish market, Ridgevale Beach and we could go on and on! We had a great time ........thank you!

We love this house. It is so updated and clean! This was our first stay in Chatham and we are hooked. Our kids loved the downtown - especially the "Candy Manor." The chowder at the "Wild Goose" was delicious. The Chatham Squire is just as fun as it was when we were single (without kids). The Friday night band concert is a family affair. Our first trip to Chatham was brightened by your beautiful house. Reading on the deck was divine!
