Come visit our house in a nice quiet area of Brewster. It lies at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. There are many young children who ride bicycles up and down the street, so dont worry, it is a safe place. We are near Nickerson state park, with plenty of bike and walking trails, fishing, beaches, and nature trails. The lovely beaches of outer Cape Cod are just a few minutes away, in Brewster, Orleans, and Harwich. The bike path runs from Hyannis to Provincetown, and serves as a great getaway, when not relaxing at the beach, or shopping in the many local store fronts. There are many shops on scenic Rt. 6A in both Brewster, and nearby Orleans, as well as Chatham, and Harwich Port. The finished basement and yard is great for children of all ages. The master bedroom has its own private bath, outdoor balcony/porchn and its own flat screen. The first floor has two bedrooms, the beach room bedroom has a queen size bed and its own sun room. The last bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and plenty of room for all the kids' things. The bunk room is on the first floor, and is carpeted. There is a carpeted tv/ play room in the finished basement, with a walk out slider to the teak patio. The living room has large open ceilings and plenty of room for the whole family. The living room is on the 2nd floor, overlooking the kitchen from a balcony. There is basic cable tv as well as wireless internet. Finally, there is a very large fish tank, which is set up to auto-feed(so no need to feed the fish). Although, as a great attraction for youngsters, fish food will be available to feed the fish when you want.

The Unique Benefits at this House
Tha master suite, walk-in closet, and private porch make the master bedroom, a real retreat. The Beach room, and the calming colors, along with the private sun room, and tv, allow two families to have a great getaway. A public bunk room for four, allows for endless chatter, and stories into the early hours of the morning. The open balcony from the kitchen to the living room makes the whole house come together. The open kitchen with island seating, make the kitchen very comfortable for the whole family to enjoy.
