Casa Paloula is a secure, cozy, bright 1-bedroom guest house in the heart of Ajijic village, just one block up from Lake Chapala, Mexico’s largest lake.

Everything visitors love about Ajijic is within short walking distance: the historic Ajijic Plaza, shops and galleries, fine restaurants, and the lakefront with its brand new Malecon (park/boardwalk).

The park and pier are wonderful places to sit and enjoy scores of shorebirds that grace the lakefront and observe Mexican families enjoying time off in the park.

The newly renovated casita features a living/dining room, full kitchen, and upstairs bedroom with full bath. The sunny patio has a table, chairs and shade umbrella and boasts glorious mountain views.

The lake is visible from the bedroom windows. The casita is fully furnished, decorated in Mexican style, and includes all utilities and maid service once/week.

DISH Satellite TV with English and Spanish stations as well as high speed internet connection. The owner lives next door and will make available free long distance service if needed. On-street parking right in front of the casita.
