Luxurious 4 bedroom single-family home inside the gates of the exclusive Beaver Creek Resort. This elegantly just remodeled house is located in the Enclave Community and boasts beautiful mountain views. Serviced by Beaver Creek's complimentary shuttle, guests are chauffeured from the house directly to the slopes(one mile away), golf course(less than a mile away), restaurants or shopping, day or night.
This 3,600 sq. ft. beautifully decorated home features a spacious great room with a vaulted ceiling, fireplace & mountain view. The adjoining dining room seats 8 at the table and is open to the kitchen area with 5 bar stools at the granite counter. House is equipped with high-speed wireless internet service.
The house handles large groups well; with 4 large separate bedrooms and 5.5 baths and two family rooms (main level flat screen HDTV and terrace level big-screen HDTV, surround sound) assures privacy for large groups. Enjoy our fully stocked gourmet kitchen on main level and snack bar on lower level, or dine in the valley's finest restaurants in Avon, Edwards or Beaver Creek.
The master suite is on the main level with a walk in closet, new master bath with mtn. views behind the soaking tub and adjacent glass shower. There is a large double vanity, heated floor, wall mounted TV and separate commode room. The upper guest rooms each have a king bed, private bath and TV. The lower level guest room has a queen bed, private bath and TV. There is a queen size sofa bed and full bath in the lower level family room as well as an inflatable double size mattress. A private 8-person hot tub is located on the lower level deck accessed by the lower level family room.
For summer vacationers, there are 3 miles of private fishing on the Eagle River and 15 golf courses within 15 miles. Whether you're hiking, biking, horseback riding or white water rafting, there's an adventure for everyone. Private swimming and tennis are located 50 yards across from our home for your enjoyment.

Why the Owner Chose The Enclave
We have been vacationing with family and friends in the Vail Valley since 1989 when we purchased a condo in Eagle-Vail. We wanted a second home in the mountains and chose this location because of its easy access to the Eagle County Airport, Denver International Airport, and we can drive here in one full day from our home in Dallas. In time we found that we preferred skiing in Beaver Creek more than Vail and purchased this larger home in 2000 to be inside the gates of Beaver Creek Resort with the free shuttle service to the ski mountain, village shopping and restaurants. We've made wonderful family memories here and have made lots of new friends here in the valley. It's a great place to get away from the Texas summer heat and enjoy outdoor activities all day long. Of course the snow skiing is the best in the country!
The Unique Benefits at this House
We especially enjoy the wonderful mountain views from our home. We have an oversized balcony on a cliff and can see Beaver Creek ski mountain and hear sounds of the stream below us. I love watching the birds out the kitchen window and searching for deer and elk on the mountain across the stream. We also enjoy walking to and from the Beaver Creek Golf Course from our house. We have the perfect set up for couples with comfy king/queen beds and a private bath in each bedroom. We can fit 8 in the hot tub for after ski relaxation then watch a movie with suround sound. It also works well with families since we have two different living areas to separate adults and children when needed.

My husband and I live in Dallas, TX where we raised three daughters. He is a practicing cardiologist with Baylor Hospital. Now that our children are grown we enjoy golf, tennis, snow skiing and bridge in our free time. We spend most of our vacation time at this Beaver Creek home but occasionally visit the beach.
