There is plenty of parking,one car in the garage,two in the driveway and others can park in the court.Boat trailers can be parked easily at the end of Kiva Drive.
It can comfortably accommodate 3 families all with children. Upstairs, there are 2 private bedrooms (1 w/king, 1 w/queen) an open loft area (1 Queen, 1 king and 1 pull-out sleeper) and a full bathroom with dual shower-head. The main floor and downstairs area has 1 large private bedroom (1 king and 1 queen) a full bathroom with shower/tub combination. The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the necessities needed to cook anything you desire.
Gas barbeque available in a designated area on the top deck located off the main floor. There is a dinning room off the kitchen with a living room, big-screen TV and surround-sound stereo system. The wet-bar and fireplace are located in an open family room area surrounded by windows overlooking the lake. There is a private boat dock with 3 slips and free access to kiva boat launch area from 5am to 9pm every day.

Why the Owner Chose Copperopolis
My brothers and I actually designed and built the house. It is close to the Bay Area and therefore easily accommodates weekend getaways. We all love the outdoors and boating with our family and friends.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The location of this home offers amazing views of the lake and surrounding mountains. During the summer you will enjoy all the boating activities such as jet skiing, water skiing and tubing around the lake. If you are a fisherman you will love catching bass and trout right off our private boat dock year round. You can barbeque on the deck or ride over to the resort on your boat for dinner and some live entertainment. In the spring and fall you can take advantage of the wonderful trails for hiking and biking and don’t forget to play a round of golf at beautiful Saddle Creek which is less than five miles from the house. In the winter you can enjoy snow boarding and skiing at one of the nearby ski resorts. In the evening you can warm up with either a romantic bottle of wine or some hot chocolate by the fireplace. There are nearby shops and casinos that offer family games such as bowling and an arcade. Lake Tulloch and surrounding areas offers several activities and family fun all year long.

I love this house; it is on the lake and has 2 large decks which is great for outdoor entertaining and barbeques. I have had so many great times at this house with family and friends over the years. During the winter it is less than a 45 minute drive to either Dodge Ridge or Bear Valley Ski Resorts. In the spring and fall my fellow dirt bike friends and I go trail riding around the lake and through the nearby foothills and we leave on our bikes straight from the house. The summer is probably the best time of year however. We have pontoon/party and ski boats along with jet skis. It is a great place for both adult getaways and family vacations. Our private dock boat and swim area makes it very convenient. The lake offers all the amenities including a resort with a restaurant and lounge with live weekend entertainment. We are less than five miles from award winning Saddle Creek Golf Course which can be played year round. There is also a casino nearby that offers bowling and arcade games.

Overall, we had a very good experience. It is a good place for kids with the dock close by, and the large deck area as well as the shaded area near the dock. It was nice to launch the boat once and have it nearby the entire time (5 days). It was our 40th anniversary and we had 9 adults and 6 kids (ages 7 months to 10 years old) stay but it never felt crowded. Lots of room and while it was hot, the air conditioning worked very well inside. It is a great location, no fast water and the private dock just across the way. We enjoyed the afternoon shade and caught 8 trout, all around 13-14 inches around the corner. I agree with the comments of another reviewer: "The inside is clean, but dated, the carpet is old, and deck needs to be refinished (lots of splinters!!), but overall, we were very happy with our entire experience. Mike, the owner was very responsive and great to work with. It was our first trip to Lake Tulloch".

Overall, our experience was fantastic! It is a perfect house for kids, since there is so much to do, and a large deck area to hang out in. We went with 3 families (6 adults, 5 kids), and there was plenty of living space, we could have fit more! The location is near perfect, in a quite cove, away from the fast water, and the view is great. You can swim to a little dock/island and a "beach" area (its not sand, rather concrete, but still fun to play there). Plus, it gets afternoon shade, which is very important. The inside is clean, but dated, the carpet is old, and deck needs to be refinished (lots of splinters!!), but overall, we were very happy with our entire experience. Mike, the owner was very responsive and great to work with. It was our first trip to Lake Tulloch, and we would definately come back to this house!

Everything about this place is amazing, from the location on the lake, to the beautiful views, to the house itself. I really hated to leave!! This house provides everything you need to relax and enjoy a wonderful vacation. Lake tulloch is really a great lake for fishing and water sports. We caught fish everyday, and just had the best time cruising aroung the lake. Plus, the owners are WONDERFUL!. Great people to work with and very caring to make sure that you have a great vacation. I cannot wait to rent this place again!!!

Just back from a weeks stay in this vacation home. This is the third year in a row our family has rented this lake home, and we look forward to going back next year. Home is located next to the Kiva Park for easy boat launching and hours of viewing entertaiment! Home easily accomodates our three families, is very clean and has all the necessities. All you have to bring is your food, clothes and toys. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. Bed linens are provided and CLEAN. View from the decks (top and bottom) overlooks the lake and private boat dock. Deck at lake level is great for swimming and sun bathing. What a fun and relaxing week! We hated to leave!
