This brand new and beautifully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominium provides a perfect mountain getaway in a great location. Located in downtown Winter Park, it has easy walking access to shops, restaurants, and the large park right next door (the kids will love the free sledding!) The free shuttle stop is also nearby and it's only a 3 mile trip to the resort. With lots of space and extra amenities, it's a perfect spot for small families or friends!
This property has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need on your vacation . Granite countertops, in floor radiant heat, new appliances and a private washer/dryer will make your stay easy and comfortable. There is plenty of room to sleep in the King bed or on the queen sofa bed. Enjoy the views of the mountains and surrounding wilderness off the patio deck.
There are also 2 TVS with DVD players, HD Flat screen in the living room, free Wifi internet access, and an XBOX provided for you.
The clubhouse has a great outdoor area with firepits, two bbqs, a pool and hot tub. There is also a weight room and community kitchen for your use. Enjoy the new “Hide away Park” right across the street. This park has it all with free sledding (as mentioned above), a skate park, playground, and picnic table area. This park is also the spot for music festivals and activities in the summer months.
