I would absolutely recommend this property to family and friends! The pictures and description on the listing are accurate and true- there were no unexpected or unwanted surprises! It is very clean and well maintained. The owner was helpful and quick to respond when requesting info and prices. We only stayed 3 nights because we had to get the kids back to school but we all wished it could have been longer! My daughter is applying to a local university and we hope to be back to this condo over the next few years as we visit her!

We were so impressed with this condo! Everything we needed was in its place and ready for us. Nicely decorated rooms with all the little touches that made it feel like home. Scented candle next to the couch, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, everything was there. Our balcony had a great view of the ocean. We really enjoyed watching the sunset from our chairs. Walking straight out to the ocean was very convenient. The location was very close to shopping, restaurants, golf, groceries, and gas stations. We couldn't be happier and would recommend this rental to everyone!

This property was very nice, clean, and in a great location. Central air was a big plus over the other units we have rented in this building. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely loved this condo. We have been going to Myrtle Beach for over 15 years, and this by far was the best, most reasonable place for us. The owner was super nice and very easy to work with. We will continue rent this condo for many years to come. Also, very clean!!!

I have stayed here several times and I highly recommend this for you and your family. The location is ideal, close to the best restaurants, nightlife and shopping. It is ideal for both families and singles. The unit is clean, the view is perfect and the sounds are quiet and the police are patrolling in case anyone gets out of line. Great for summer, fall, winter and spring.

We had a very nice vacation in this condo. It has everything that you need. It is very well taken care of.,It shows that the owners care about their rental. Other then running to the store we never had to use our car. There was so much for us within walking distance. Howard is very easy to work with. We will go back again.

We stayed in this unit 3/27/10 for a week. This could be a really nice condo. But it needs cleaned bad. The fridge was really dirty, ceiling fan blades was dirty, foot stool to chair in living room was broke, the balcony was so dirty you couldn't set on it, the comfortor was dirty had to go out and buy blanket to sleep under, I could go on with more. Just thought this needed to be posted.
