Location, Location, Location! That's the main reason my parents invested in APATB I in 1978. This property was the first developed on shore Drive primarily for this reason. THE LOCATION! Its an exclusive vacation destination that offers so much. It is only a short drive to anything you would possibly want to do along the Grand Strand.

My Parents own this unit. I manage the rentals and change over on Saturdays. I saw this condo being built in 1978. I spent many summer days eating ice cream at the Howard Johnsons next door. Ocean Annie's bar next door is a Myrtle Beach mainstay. Shore drive is a naturally beautiful vacation destination tucked away between Singleton Swash and the oceanfront.
