Your Villa:
You will be staying in an incredible 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 half bath Villa located alongside the Robert Trent Jones II Championship designed Golf Course. Your villa has a two balconies with views of the famous Catalina Islands. Sliding glass doors will lead you to a veranda with your private 75 ft infinity pool and jacuzzi hot tub. Each room is uniquely designed with the finest furniture, each with private bathroom, stand-in shower and separate bathtub. The villa has marble floors throughout and granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, flat screen TV's with cable. The Villa also has it's own laundry room. Downstairs recreation room has full sized pool table with wet bar and wall mounted flat screen TV. Outside you can lay by the pool or BBQ at the grill.
You also have exclusive access to the Beach Club, World Renowned spa and fitness center.

We stayed at the Villa this past March and were so happy that we chose VC-4. It does not get much better than this! The house was truly incredible with top end furnishings, luxurious bedding, oversize bathrooms and a wonderful infinity pool. We loved sitting by the pool near sunset with the BBQ going. The house really has everything you could imagine and was perfect for our needs. We loved the Beach Club and the beautiful white sand beach of Conchal. It is defiantly a 5 Star Resort with a beautiful spa, gym and very professional and friendly service. Ben was a great host and the rental process was very simple and straightforward. I would defiantly recommend to anybody. Enjoy!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+.

Stayed at the villa for 2 nights in early December, 2009, while on business in Costa Rica. I had already booked a week for March, 2010, and wanted the opportunity to stay here in advance to get familiar with the area. The villa is very nice, with high quality bedding, luxurious bathrooms, each one with a large walk in shower. Kitchen is well equipped, and the pool/jacuzzi was very nice. Ocean view is very limited, from only the upstairs (main level) balcony, but a quick 3 minute drive down to the Beach Club takes care of that. Did not have opportunity to use the club much, but pool area is very nice and beach looks excellent. Ben, thanks for the use of the place, and I very much look forward to getting back in March.
