~Newport Beach Spectacular Tropical Hideaway~
You can walk to the Newport Back Bay Nature Trails in 4 minutes from the house. There are paved and non-paved trails that circle the entire back bay. Great place to take the kids for a hike.
You can walk to Mariners Park in 4 minutes from the house. Beautiful and safe kids park in Newport Beach. Public tennis courts,swings, jungle gym, and lots of parents with their kids.
You can drive to the Newport Harbor in 4 minutes. Many great resteraunts right on the water with fabulous views.
You can drive to the beach in 5 minutes, and home again in 5 minutes. Close enough, yet far enough to avoid the loud, late night roudy sceen that happens during the summer months.
Fly into John Wayne Airport if you can. It's only 5 minutes from the house.
