The Villa consists of 4 bedrooms two of which are master suites one boasts a king sized bed, walk in wardrobe & en suite facilities. The second master has a queen sized bed, walk in wardrobe & en suite facilities also. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds one of which is called The Disney Showcase. Both of these bedrooms share a bathroom on the adjoining landing area. The remainder of the facilities are a large living room, A full dining suite in the dinning area, a fully equipped kitchen, utility room, a ground floor cloak room, its very own games room & garage.
Outside Activities In The Local Area: We feel our Guest should know all about the surrounding area & what it as to offer. There is a lot more to Florida than just the Theme Parks, these include Beautiful Lakes to visit, Helicopter Flights, Hot Air Balloon rides, Dinner Shows, Horse Back riding, A Fantastic Petting Zoo Ideal for the younger members of your party & of course Golf course galore!

Check in Times 16.00 hours. Unless otherwise arrangement made with owners prior to arrival Check Out Times 11.00 Unless otherwise arrangement made with owners prior to vacating the villa. Deposit is none refundable, all guests are advised to take out travel insurance, incase of any medical or other issues that may prevent them from traveling. We will try to offer alternative dates for any cancelled bookings. The villa has a strict No Smoking Policy. No Pets Allowed, Unless discussed with owners. All Children Under the Age of 18 should not be left alone in the villa at all times with in the villa. No Child should be left unattended at any time around the pool area, Pool Gates should be used at all times & alarms activated to all doors & windows that lead to the pool area.
You can cancel, but you will not receive a refund.
