  Wonderful place in great location with ocean view. Beach is right across street with several km of playgrounds for the kids. Lots of nice restaurants below in the building complex. Underground parking was very helpful. Large balcony was nice to enjoy sunset. The building owner, Cyril, was very pleasant to deal with and responsive.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.

  Our stay at the Toulon apartment was a good experience. The view to the beach from the large and lovely 5th floor balcony, and having such easy access to the swimming was a joy. The apartment was large enough to easily accommodate four adults. The kitchen was a nice space with all things needed. All the beds were twin beds, but the bedroom size was good. With the balcony doors open, and the bedroom windows open, there was a nice breeze at night to cool us down. The location in a residential neighborhood, within walking to downtown was a bonus.

  This apartment is made for quality time with family, while overlooking the only beaches and the largest green-space family park of Toulon! Our family enjoyed for three months, this fantastic, fair-priced apartment, prior to a three-year relocation to France. The quiet, clean, spacious, self-sufficient (due to all the amenities) property, with its fifth-floor, impressive view of the Mediterranean Sea offers approximately 30 television channels and no internet connection (a very attractive feature for families who want to un-plug from the banality of the internet, and instead truly connect with/get plugged-into their immediate family, in our case, our children). Additionally, renter has the option to sleep with apartment windows and glass doors open, to take advantage of the cool breezes, and/or secure Persian shutters to set extreme darkened conditions – perfect for sleeping late! Various cafes and restaurants, directly below the apartment offer wireless internet. We became good friends with the restaurant owners of La Tajine, and ate there every weekend. Within a 10-minute radius (walk) are more than three-dozen restaurants and the local provincial market of the Mourillon. The port of Toulon is only an 18-minute walk, and the center of Toulon is only a 25-minute walk. A large, free parking lot is located nearby or utilize two of the most clean, efficient and plentiful bus lines in southern France (bus #3 and bus #23). The apartment caretakers live in the adjacent building and are kind, helpful and always available when called. After traveling and living in many locations worldwide, I have never before experienced more reasonable, easy to work-with, and focused, customer service property owners! We will rent this apartment again, in October 2014, when we depart France.

  This superb condo on the mediterenean sea is there to discover. This spacious 2 room apartment offers all kinds of commodities so you can he autonomous at all times. And what a view from the balcony on the 5th floor. It is simply breathtaking. Toulon which is unknown to many has so many attractions to discover. You walk on Frédérick Mistral to boul. Ste-Hélène. You go up Ste-Hélène to discover all kinds of cosy little shops: boulangerie, charcuterie, boucherie, poissonnerie, jewellery shop, etc. All this is available only 5 mins. away. You want to rent a scooter, ADA is close by. A visit to the Port de Toulon is only a 25 min. walking distance. There, you will have the choice of many varied restaurants. The amazing Marché Lafayette is just across the street. That being said, the owner M.Lemaire is always available on Email or by phone. Also, Mr and Mrs Schuler are there to greet you and are very friendly in doing so. Mr Lemaire, thank you for such a pleasant stay. Hope to be back soon!

  We stayed in the apartment in December of 2010. The apartment is all the add says, the owner was very accommodating and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable about renting a property over the Internet. The apartment was comfortable in a very nice area with easy access to the bus lines (which we used daily). I would suggest you find out how to use the washer/dryer and bring your converter.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing.

  Wonderful apartment. Spectacular views of the beaches. Apartment is palacial with 2 separate bedrooms, full kitchen, huge livingroom with balcony that overlooks the beautiful beaches. The caretakers are very helpful and always available. Many restaurants within walking distance. We particularly liked the restaurant on the street level, The St. Louis....their mussels are delicious! There is also a daily market in town. Very easy to drive in town. I highly recommend this apartment.
