Newly renovated 3 story beach house located directly oceanfront on Parker Drive. Home has its very own private pool on the oceanfront. All Five bedrooms have an oceanfront view! Approximately 4500 square feet of living area with five and a half baths. Perfect for large families.
A large game room including ping pong, foosball, extra seating and refrigerator leads out onto an oceanfront deck by the pool. The great room is equipped with a 50" cable television and DVD. The great room has plenty of seating with two full sofas, a love seat and sofa chair. Or you can relax on one of two recliners in the main level oceanfront room which also includes two sofas. Another oceanfront sitting room on the lower level is a great place for kids to watch TV after a fun day at the beach.
This house is equipped with 5 cable televisions and 3 DVD players. Wireless internet is available though out the house and on the oceanfront deck in front of the pool. The fully equipped kitchen includes all new appliances and granite counter tops and island. A third refrigerator is located in the spacious laundry room.
