This is a 9th floor condo at the seychelles. It has a queen bed in the Master bedroom, bunks in the halls, and a pullout sleeper sofa.

ABOUT SEYCHELLES:
From our brand-new upscale condo, you can walk right out onto our pristine snow-white beachfront. Lay out and swim in the crystal clear emerald waters of the gulf. Amenities are plentiful from endless stretches of sugar white sandy beaches to large tropically inspired swimming pools (one is heated), kiddie pool, Jacuzzi, fitness center and game room.
Next door is Schooners Beach Club, the famous local beach club in Panama City Beach. Step out of the pool and head to Schooners for an awesome lunch or an ice cold drink. Walk over and explore St. Andrews Park. Bring your fishing poles. Stringers full of fish are caught off the rocky points and piers in the park.

YOUR 9TH FLOOR BALCONY:
For a birds-eye view of the Gulf of Mexico, the Panama City Beach coastline, St. Andrews Park, the harbor entrance, historic Panama City on the harbor and the intercoastal waterway - step out onto our balcony.
Sit and take in a breathtaking, panoramic view - dawn over the harbor and romantic slow sunsets over the gulf.
YOUR BEDROOM:
Our smoke-free, unit sleeps 6 comfortably in 1 queen bed, hallway bunks, and a convertible sleeper sofa. Perfect sleeping accommodations for two adult couples and four kids, all in beds.
Lay in bed, read, listen to music or watch TV on your color television with. There is another full bathroom with entrances from the bedroom and hall.
THE KITCHEN:
- is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, coffeemaker, and toaster oven. You will be fully prepared to make a snack or a complete Thanksgiving dinner.
Kitchen countertop space is plentiful and solid surface. The unit is cooled by central air and ceiling fans. Washer and dryer included.
ABOUT THE NEW PANAMA CITY BEACH:
If you have not visited Panama City Beach for a few years, you will be surprised. The old motels filled with teenagers 'gone wild' are replaced with million dollar high-rises.
PCB is truly becoming the new Destin - but without the movie star prices. If it is fine dining, casual waterside lunches or power shopping you want - Panama City Beach has it all.
Have a blast parasailing, playing tropical golf or testing your skills in a batting cage. Do not forget Shipwreck Island water-park or go-carts too. We very much enjoyed our stay in a 3BR condo that we rented from vrbo.com, which helped make it even more of a value since to got a better price. Everything was pretty new and updated. The pools were nice and the beach was nice too. Great view from the balcony. Nice staff. Saw that the communal areas were cleaned every day and they were doing some updating to landscaping and pools, which is good to see they care about the property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Stayed a week and loved the location (not quite as busy part of the beach, but close to all) Most impressed with the deluxe / custom interiors and finishes. View of Gulf is stunning. Bedding was awesome. Pool was great -- used jacuzzi daily and the fitness center. All good . . . only thing missing was coffee -- bring your own for the room . . . other than that, 5-star!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children.

Me and my girls have really enjoyed this condo. We rented from VRBO. It had everything we needed in the condo! We had Ocean front view!~ So, SO pretty! I love the convenience of Schooners next door and walking distance to Scampy's. We just hung around the beach and the pool and walk to our favorite bar! I did like that everything had to have a code! There is always that one nut in the crowd! lol We met many other families that was staying there and these condos are very nice upscaled with a great taste !! We will be staying again~!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+.

My husband and i and our two daughters stayed in this condo may 17-21 we had a great time the room was clean and all the furniture was nice!! and yes it does have a GREAT view of the ocean! jake helped us handle all of our rental info. he was super nice and helped answer any questions that we had. all in all we had the best vacation ever!!!! My family had a very enjoyable stay here! My husband, myself, and two small children (ages 6 and 4 yrs old) had everything we needed with plenty of room. We had a great view of the beach and ocean. The condo actually looked bigger than the pictures when we got there.The pools were very nice too! The property was well maintained and very clean. There were several restaurants and activities nearby within a few minutes drive and Schooner's Beach Club was right next door. We were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend it to others. Hopefully, we will be able to return before the end of the summer!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family had a wonderful time! The location was great and the room was great! When we went is was myself, my husband and my 8 month old son. We also took my brother-in-law, his wife, their 4 month old son and my in-laws. There was plenty of room and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We really enjoyed the location because though it was a short drive to any of the attractions it was much more quiet and calm than staying directly on the strip.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
