Your FULL-SIZE vacation home has a two night minimum required for the great price of $375.00 up to 8 guests (except Holiday periods). We can accomodate a crowd too, up to 10 guests (subject to owner approval), with all rates listed below.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
This vacation home has it all! Absolutely pristine condition, with direct access entry, and full-time available property caretakers nearby to make sure your visit is flawless. From the easy location to find, to 'move-in' ready, your vacation or retreat time begins immediately upon arrival. The Lake is alluring whether it's summer or winter, and the full size, elevated deck gives you and your guests the 'ahhhh' feeling of breathing mountain-top air, and within reach mature pine trees. Deep Creek behind this unique vacation home flows until approximately the first week of July, providing the soothing sound of cascading water, and the birds also contribute their own 'sound of music'. Your accommodations are ready for your 'slumber time', with adult sleeping areas, and also a downstairs 'bunk' area for your younger folks who want their privacy too. The step-saver kitchen will make your meal preparations a breeze while enjoying being able to look at the lake during cooking, dining, or just relaxing. The attached, full size garage allows for protected parking for your primary vehicle (up to 4,000 lbs), with spacious extra parking available also.
Come to Green Valley Lake, called 'heaven on earth' by early settlers. Unpack, unwind, and start enjoying 'mountain time' in no time!
Notice: During the winter months of December-March, a $20.00 per night fee may be included in your quote for below freezing time periods, which require more heat usage. The LakeView House also has a beautiful, elevated deck which MAY NOT be suitable for families with toddling infants, or younger children.

To my Guests: Past and Future. As another incredibly successful year for the LakeView House closes, and 2013 brims with new opportunities, it is with sincere Thanks to those that have contributed to our promising future. Many guests have now become "regulars", and our conversations always make me grateful for the "link" of the LakeView House that has brought these new friendships! We hosted our first wedding for Kathy and Michael, and brought together families and friends under one roof for special occasions. Anniversaries, Holidays, Girl Scouts, church retreats, snow fun, and fishing fans....all now are part of the fabric of OUR wonderful home. Most importantly for our Guests.....the Memories. There is one common "thread" my guests have shared....memories of Green Valley Lake in their past, and the new ones they want to make for their families, and friends. I feel honored that the LakeView House has been your choice to continue this tradition! Finally, the new caretakers, Sharon and Dorian, have been outstanding, and are once again the strongest ally for a flawless visit! Hi Barbara, Just wanted to let you know that your house is beautiful. We are having a wonderful time with the children and an extremely relaxing, no-worries time! We create new memories every time we come to Green Valley and this time has not been an exception. My little nephew took his first steps yesterday!! Hope you had a beautiful Thanksgiving!! Dear Barbara, We had a lovely time at the Lakeview House! What a view! It was a perfect weekend. The house was very clean & Mary the caretaker, is a doll. You house is so cool!! You are so lucky to have it. We used the kitchen a lot, making our dinners & breakfasts. We ate on the deck in the mornings. It was sunny & warm until Monday, then it rained! But it was still fun & we walked when the rain stopped. It was beautiful.Sunday, we watched all the Labor Day Lake festivities. We did some more cabin hunting & also did the Artisan tour. Bought some plum jam & cookies. Thank you for letting us stay at The Lakeview House. We LOVE Green Vally Lake! Our family of six (children ages 8 through 11) really enjoyed our stay in this great mountain getaway. We had ample room and plenty to do. We spent our time hiking in and around the neighborhood and the lake and enjoying the view from the wraparound deck. Though we were a little early for fishing season, we spent some time skiing and "tubing" nearby and enjoyed coming home to our fireplace and dinner cooked in the well-equpped kitchen. The two full bathrooms and washer/dryer helped make things run smoothly as well. We would definitely recommend Lakeview House to our family and friends.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is great place to be.Very quiet & peaceful. This home has been updated nicely & was very clean. If you want a place to get away from it all, relax and enjoy mountain beauty, this is it. I was very impressed with the Lake View House and will definitely be back for my next wedding anniversary August 2010. Very comfortable with all the amenities you need and then some. I had such a blast in this very relaxing atmosphere with beautiful scenery and wildlife and the fishing is great too.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.
