Athea’s Palace is nestled in a beautiful Gulf-front Gated Community and is a “front row” home, just across a small, private, brick-paver, community street from the Gulf of Mexico and offers beach views from all three levels. Reflecting Ancient Greece themes in its design and décor, the home is a truly unique beach vacation home.
Athea’s Palace is furnished as follows:
1st Floor
A Grand Foyer with Winding Staircase to the second floor living area welcomes you as you enter. There are three bedrooms located on the first floor. The first Guest Bedroom on the ground floor offers Gulf views, has a Queen bed and bath. The second also offers Gulf views, a Queen bed, and a Private Bath with a Walk-in shower and large Garden Tub. The third bedroom has a set of bunks that are Full size beds and a Twin trundle. The bedroom also offers a Private Bath.
2nd Floor
The second floor is a large open floor plan and is the homes living space. This floor provides the Living Area, Dining Area, Kitchen and 4th Guest Bedroom and Bath. The Living Room is spacious and comfortable and has a Big Screen TV with Surround Sound. The kitchen has gorgeous Marble Counter Tops, large burner Gas Cook Top, Dual Jenn-Air ovens, GE Monogram series side-by-side refrigerator, and four bar stools at the kitchen bar. The Dining Nook features hand painted mural and seats six. The Guest Bedroom has a set of Twin Bunk Beds, Gulf-views and access to the huge custom tile balcony located on this level. The balconies on this home, complete with Custom Balusters simply need to be experienced to be truly appreciated.
3rd Floor
As you climb the stairs to the Master Suite you are greeted by a picturesque statue in a recessed custom frame that is hand painted as faux brick. Turn the corner and the spaciousness of the Master Suite welcomes you. The King size bed has a custom painting of an ancient Greek structure as its back drop. The Custom Marble Floors and the top quality furnishings really make this Master Suite a stand out. The huge Private Balcony with Gulf Views and the Master Bath is so inviting you will want to set aside some time to enjoy it. The Master Bath has a large Whirlpool Tub, Walk-in Shower, and large marble dual vanity complete with vanity chair.
