Close enough to San Jose city to love it and far enough from San Jose not to hate the city. Close to the point where all tourists must pass to go to the beaches (Jaco, Puntarenas, Manuel Antonio) and to Guanacaste in the north.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Close to the international airport (10 minutes) without the noise of a nearby airport. Located in the countryside, in a safe, quiet residential area with lush vegetation. The home was built in 2008 on a 3-acre estate and has all modern facilities incl. wireless internet, Internet phone calls. Because we have a profitable Internet business since 1995 we can afford to give really low rates with great service!

As owners of Jungle Villa we had to move closer to San Jose because of the larger variety of schools there. Our current location is in the beautiful countryside of Costa Rica, and still close to the city. One side of our property has mountain view of San Jose, Escazu and Santa Ana, the other side shows the mountains around the Poas volcano.

Great place to Stay for Transfers

This was a fantastic place to stay when arriving from the airport. They welcomed us at 7am and gave us a wonderful breakfast. As soon as the house was ready, we were allowed to sleep before we went on our day. They provide rental cars, tour pick-ups, etc. The host and hostess are wonderful friendly caring people who welcomed as back like family. We felt like we were in their home instead of a hotel. When we left at 4am to fly home, they called the taxi and would have packed a breakfast if we had asked.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
