This 2 bedroom/2 bath Sunserra Resort stand-alone villa bungalow is suitable for the perfect getaway vacation. This beautifully furnished home has everything you need and is nestled in the canyon where you can enjoy the serenity of the surrounding cliffs with a stream running through it.
From the back porch you can view the Columbia River and Sunserra Golf Course. This is the only handicap entry accessible home in Sunserra.
Steps from the front door in the quiet cul-de-sac is a pool and spa and plenty of space for lounging in the sun. There is also plenty of yard to let the kids run and play.
The Great Room includes an open kitchen that flows into the living and dining area with sliding glass doors to the patio and lawn. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Year Purchased: 2007
We grew up South of Seattle and enjoy spending time with friends and family. We enjoy exploring the great Northwest - as it has so much to offer! We love spending time with our two young boys. We take every chance we can to jump in the car and go on a family drive, play sports, go boating and vacation in new places.
Why the Owner Chose Crescent Bar
As a teenager I was able to spend time with a friend who's family owned a condo at Crescent Bar. I knew that one day I wanted to own a place of my own at Crescent Bar to enjoy with my family (and friends!). We chose to buy a vacation rental at Crescent Bar because of the many activities available, the 300 days a year of sunshine, and short driving distance from Seattle.
The Unique Benefits of this Bungalow
There are so many things to do at Crescent Bar! From boating on the Columbia River (which is just steps away from Sunserra Resort homes), fishing, swimming in the numerous pools and spas, fitness center, golfing (2 9-hole executive golf courses, driving range and miniature golf), tennis courts, basketball court, shopping, hiking, biking, great restaurants and even a bit of night life. We also enjoy relaxing on our back patio and enjoying the view of the Columbia River, Sunserra Golf Course and canyons. In addition to the many activities available right in Crescent Bar, close by are: The Columbia River Gorge Amphitheater, many local wineries, Wenatchee, Leavenworth, snow skiing at Mission Ridge in the winter...and the list goes on!
