Tarpon Cove is associated with a Yacht Club within walking distance of our Non-Smoking Condominium. This club features a fitness center, tennis courts, restaurant, pool, and tikki bar. The Yacht Club also has a shuttle boat that will take you on a beautiful 10 minute ride to the white sandy beach at Vanderbilt Park, where you can enjoy the sun, water and shelling, or just walk along the gulf.
Tarpon Cove, a gated community, is a WCI Community with reciprocal rights to 30 golf clubs during non-high season. This period is May 1 to October 31. Most golf courses allow golf at a reduced rate. Tarpon Cove is only a short drive to beautiful downtown Naples. Naples offers a variety of entertaining points of interest. You can walk on the Naples Pier, take a trolley ride around the city, or take a cruise around the Intercoastal Waterway. Naples also offers beautiful sightseeing, restaurants, and shopping.
Tarpon Cove is also only 15 minutes from Fort Myers Beach. If you enjoy a laid back time on the beach you can visit Fort Myers Pier. Fort Myers offers miles of beautiful sandy beaches, parasailing, and waverunner rentals. For the families, just bring your swimsuit, towel, and sand toys and play all day on the beach. The beach offers various restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing attractions. Fort Myers Beach also offers the opportunity to go deep-sea fishing, take a jet boat ride to the keys, or try your luck on the Big "M" Casino Boat.
Tarpon Cove is also perfect for people that want to stay for an extended period of time. The unit is within five minutes of the largest retail stores including Walmarts, Walgreens, and Foodmarts.
