Read, play games, and enjoy each other's company in front of either of the large wood-burning stoves. Spend relaxing hours on the deck enjoying the Michigan summer afternoons. Take leisurely walks across the property's secluded 20 acres or enjoy a bonfire around one of the fire-rings.
Hunt, fish, and hike the 600-acre Manistee National Forest, only a 1/2 mile away. Explore the ATV, motorcycle, and snowmobile trails. Boat on Lake Cadillac and Mitchell, 3 miles away, or enjoy the dining and shopping of Cadillac's Main Street.
Caberfae Peaks Ski and Golf Resort offers golfing in the summer and downhill and cross-country skiing in the winter. Mcguires, The Briar South, and the highly rated Eldorado offer additional excellent golfing opportunities, within 15 minutes.
In May, Mesick hosts the Annual Mesick Mushroom Festival while Traverse City hosts the annual Cherry Festival in July.
