This fully-furnished, immaculate home is perfect for two to three families to enjoy with a finished basement (for the kids!) and a warm, inviting fireplace to warm yourselves after a full day of skiing. This house is located across from the Holimont Ski Resort (a private resort on weekends, but open to public during the week) and you can actually watch the skiers glide down the hills of resort from the balcony and porch of this 2200-square-foot home.
Holimont is located in Ellicottville, a charming town just 51 miles south of Buffalo, New York. In addition to Holimont, the Holiday Valley Ski Resort is only minutes away, about two miles from the premises. After skiing all day, take a break and enjoy dinner and shopping in downtown Ellicottville, only a mile away, within walking distance.
In the summertime, relax and enjoy yourself with golfing at Holiday Valley or hiking, biking, swimming, and enjoying nature in nearby Allegany State Park. The surrounding hills are breathtaking and in the fall, the colorful foliage is so incredibly brilliant that it must be seen to be believed! A trip to Niagara Falls is only a couple of hours away... an easy day trip! You will truly feel revived after vacationing here!
