This fully-furnished, immaculate home is perfect for two to three families to enjoy with a finished basement (for the kids!) and a warm, inviting fireplace to warm yourselves after a full day of skiing. This house sits up on the hill across from the Holimont Ski Resort (a private resort on weekends, but open to public during the week) and you can actually watch the skiers glide down the slopes from the balcony,deck or porch of this 6 bedroom chalet.
Holimont is located in Ellicottville, a charming resort town just 51 miles south of Buffalo, New York. In addition to Holimont, the Holiday Valley Ski Resort is only minutes away, about two miles
from the premises. After skiing all day, take a break and enjoy
dinner and shopping in downtown Ellicottville, only a mile away, within walking distance, or head over to the Seneca Casino about 7 miles away.
In the summertime, relax and enjoy yourself with golfing or the Sky High adventure challenge zip-line course at Holiday Valley or hiking, mountain biking, swimming, and enjoying nature in nearby Letchworth or Allegany State Parks. The surrounding hills are breathtaking and in the fall, the colorful foliage is so incredibly brilliant that it must be seen to be believed! A trip to Niagara Falls is only about 1 hour away... an easy day trip! You will truly feel revived after vacationing here!

We have pretty much tried all the various lodging options in EVL including Holiday Valley Lodge, Alpine Meadows, Tamarack, Wingate Hotel, Edelweiss and many different private chalets. I think this is the best bang for your buck for a large group....great location, all the amentities, very clean and a great layout. Easily accomodates 2+ families
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This home was perfect for a multi-generation family wedding weekend in Western New York. Spacious, clean, plenty of beds and bathrooms, and well furnished. Extremely convenient to activities at the ski resorts as well as a "downtown" Ellicottville. Beautiful view of the hills. Quiet setting.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.
