This studio apartment is in a Victorian cottage built in 1900. Although the apartment is in the basement, it gets lots of light through it's many (9) windows. It's 440 square foot footprint is comfortable for 1 or 2 people. The kitchen is 3 years old and is outfitted with pots, pans, silverware and glassware. The bathroom has a shower but no bathtub. There is access to a washer and dryer that is shared with the guests that stay upstairs.

Located in the Central Area of Seattle, this house is 10 minutes to Seattle's Capitol Hill, Madrona and Madison Park neighborhoods and Downtown Seattle. Public transportation is 1 block away which makes it convenient to all that Seattle has to offer. Nearby amenities include a coffee shop, a few restaurants, Central Cinema, supermarkets, a pilates/yoga studio.

  • My wife and I had a pleasure to stay in this quite studio this summer for 4 days. It’s very clean, bright basement located in the very nice, quiet neighborhood. It has everything to feel like home: big closet, comfortable couch, bed (not as soft, as we used to, but OK), TV, internet, full kitchen, bathroom, laundry room right next to the unit. The owners, Jose and Cindy, are very nice couple, ready to work with you in every possible way. We had a great experience with them. Always prompt response, very clear direction, and fast security deposit money back.
