The main deck is just beyond the living area. The unit is carpeted throughout with plush carpeting. Furniture in the living area is new and cozy with a large flat screen TV. About the owner: We love spending long summer days on the balcony sipping wine watching all of the lake activities including two passes of the Tahoe dinner cruise in the summer. In the winter it is fun to curl up and get cozy by the fire with a view of the lake after a long day of skiing. This is a fun place to spend time with friends and family! In the development there are two piers, a swimming pool, 8 tennis courts--one with a basket ball net, and a mile-long beach path that runs along the lake.
Why the Owner Chose Chinquapin:
Location is perfect and it has all the amenities for entertaining family and friends with a good deal of privacy. It is close to groceries, take-out, restaurants, and rentals for bicycles and a myriad of other lake "toys.". We also have two boat docks and private buoys with a dock attendant in the summer.
