The house features colorful Mexican interior designs, with hand crafted tile, stone work and ironwork. There is a fully equipped galley kitchen, separate dining area, family room, and a master bedroom suite located in the front of the house. Open the windows and listen to the surf at night! In the back are 2 bedrooms suitable for children or guests.
There are 3 separate courtyards-one with a lawn--uncommon in Mexico. There is also a small private outdoor room for relaxing. One of the nicest areas of the house is the rooftop terrace with stunning daytime and sunset views.
The house is located in Mision Viejo, a gated community with 2 security guards on duty 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The community has a stairway to the beach, as well as sidewalks and streetlights. Its a wonderful house and community for families to enjoy.

- This House is Centrally Located to Many Activities for Your Family to Enjoy. There Are Dunes 1/4 Mile Away Where You Can Rent or Use Your Own Motorcycles or ATVs. There is a Boat Launch at Nearby Puerta Salina. It is a 2 Mile Drive to Puerto Nuevo (the Famous Lobster Village). Fox Studios, Where the Titanic was Filmed, is 10 Minutes from the House. Wine Tasting and Tours Are 45 Minutes Away in the Guadalupe Valley. Golf is Available from 20 Minutes to 1 Hour Away Including Bajamar, Real Del Mar, Tijuana Country Club and the Ensenada Country Club. Day Spa Facilities Are Also Close by at La Fonda and Las Rocas. You Will Probably Want to Spend Lots of Time at the Beach in Front of the House. It is Suitable for Surfing, Fishing, Wading or Swimming and Beach Hiking to the Natural Arches About a Mile Away.

My husband and I are retired now, living in Mexico. Our family bought this house several years ago so we could enjoy the beach and all of the activities available in the local community.
Why the Owner Chose Mision Viejo
Before we bought, we searched the coastline from the border to Ensenada. We liked Mission Viejo best-a safe, quiet community on the beach. Our family members particularly enjoy surfing and fishing, as well as the nearby golf courses.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The sunsets are not to be missed--up on the rooftop terrace--tecate or margarita in hand- shouts to the neighbors enjoying the sunset, too. It can't be beat!
