Had a great three days at this house. This is our 2nd time renting this property and we will go back in the future. Great for large groups and the house is loaded with fun things to do... beer pong...err Ping Pong, foosball, air hockey, horseshoes, badminton, etc. House is clean and what you get is accurately reflected in the description and pictures (which I have found is not always the case) And the owner, Bonnie, is just fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend

This was the second time our group has stayed at this house - it is in a great location and the house is perfect a large group. There are tons of beds and lots of space (indoor and out). The kitchen and dining areas are nice and big which is necessary when you have a large group (we had twelve people). Outside there is tons of space too including a nice outdoor eating space. The property backs up on a stream and forest area which is also very nice! Bonnie is great to work with and we plan to use this place again in the future!

This house was fabulous and had so many fun things to do. It had plenty of beds for a large group and plenty to do to keep people entertained. The kitchen was beautiful and there was a humongous dining room table to seat a lot of people. I would highly recommend this for a large group or several families. The owners are very friendly and it was obvious to me they care about their guests having a great experience as they understand that a warm feeling and fun time will ensure we come back and recommend this to our friends and families. Overall a great experience.

Rolled into South Lake Tahoe in January for an annual Dude Weekend and stayed at this Shangri-La. It's a hidden paradise at the end of a street near the keys with every amenity a bunch of young guys would want. There are 3 bedrooms / 2 full baths downstairs (ground level), including an awesome master. All the bedrooms have there own doors directly opening to a large back porch which is complete with an awesome swing chair looking out into the backyard with a full size volleyball / badminton net draped across it. Beyond that...expansive wilderness. The coyotes at night would almost come right up to the fence! Then you take the stairs up and it gets even better. Upstairs there are two GIANT open rooms. One is the kitchen with this huge island to cook / prep from and a massive dining room table that seats over 12. This room also has a huge porch attached to it with a barbecue that is actually piped into the gas line so you don't even need propane or coals. Works great. But even sweeter is the front upstairs room. It's one HUGE room complete with a pool / ping-pong table, air hockey, fuseball, a shuffleboard (my fav) and a mini-bar! Yes, it's true. This is the coolest room of all time. It also comes with a PS2 (so bring some games), and giant flatscreen facing very comfortable seats & couches. This room could easily accommodate 20 people just hanging out itself. Did I mention the high ceilings? Oh yeah, that's awesome too. There's also two more bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. So sleeping 14 dudes was not a problem for us at all. It could easily handle 16. But if you're coupled up, each couple could even have their own private bedroom (5 total). You'll just have to fight for the master...it's obviously the best. Then there's a great hot tub, full laundry, giant garage, and a basketball hoop in the driveway. All the perfect setting for a winter or summer party getaway for either dudes, full families, or even couples. It's seriously the best cabin I've ever rented and I've been doing this for ten years. Bonnie is great and a pleasure to deal with. And the place is only a 12 minute cab ride to the casinos (about $30 each way). "Lakeshore Taxi" is my fav taxi co in the SLT area. Only bummer was bad snow on the mountain that weekend, but that's Mother Nature's fault! THIS IS HANDS-DOWN THE COOLEST PLACE TO STAY!!! (I'll regret posting this review someday when I want to come back and it's all booked up! :)

This house was great! A beautiful kitchen, nicely remodeled with all kinds of stuff to do inside the house. The home is located in the Tahoe Keys so it's close to Heavenly and close enough to the edge of town that we were able to get to Sierra at tahoe in 25 minutes and kirkwood in 45 minutes. Bonnie was very pleasant and would love to rent from her again. Overall, very satisfied.

This is a great home for a group get together! The home is really set up for fun. Our group had a fun time using all the toys in the main room, and we even took advantage of the swim complex down the street. We had the indoor olympic size pool to ourselves when we went. It was close to everything we wanted to do in South Lake, and the owner was great to work with. We plan to rent again.

I just wanted to send you a quick Thank You for letting us stay a little later today! Once that wind started blowing we high tailed it out of there! We left the house key in the lock box on the door. Seems like you are getting some snow (finally!) The house was AMAZING! and we had such a fantastic and memorable weekend. At one point we went out the casinos and came back an hour later because we were having so much more fun at the house! I would definitely recommend this house to all of my friends looking for a great house for a great time. Thanks again! Nikki

What a great house and an even greater host!! Between the beautiful house, huge fenced yard and amazing number of games/activities we couldn't get enough. There was more than enough room and things to do to occupy our 13 guests. The hikes right out the backyard were awesome. And Bonnie even went and got us DJ Hero!! We'll definitely be back. Thanks again Bonnie for being such a great host!!

Entered in Guest book 10/27 Hi Bonnie, Thank you so much for your beautiful home! It was perfect for our families. We enjoyed every second there. The week was perfect! Our friends that came over all took business cards, so next time they take family vacations, you should be hearing from them. Same goes for us!

Every year my family members and I come up to Tahoe for a get together. This was our 7th year. This place is probably our most favorite of the 7 homes we had stayed at! There were so much to do for the adults, teenagers and kids. The best part was most of us participated in the volleyball matches. The place is roomy and lots of sleeping accommadations. Thanks so much Bonnie for everything!!!

Bonnie, This place is awesome! Huge home, well equipped. The kitchen island is awesome! We had so much fun cooking there we all gained more than a few pounds. We stayed there this past weekend with 11 adults. We had so much room for everyone! We hardly left the house there was so much to do in the house. Also, Bonnie your no slouch either, thank you so much for checking in on us and not getting mad at me for calling you early Monday morning.

Thank you Bonnie for a fabulous time! Your house was so accomodating for our large extended family. There were plenty of beds and futons for comfortable sleeping. The game room was the best with the ping pong/pool table, foosball, air hockey, and much, much more. You've thought of everything when it comes to entertainment. We especially loved the upper deck overlooking the huge yard and extending to the meadow. We even saw a big black bear and several coyotes! Bonnie has even provided coolers, kayaks, chairs...everything you could think of! We are looking forward to visiting with you again next year. Thanks again for your wonderful hospitality.

If you're looking for your next weekend getaway with friends or mini family reunion, this is the spot! This was the perfect house for our annual summer family get together. From the teenagers to the grandparents, this house was a great accomodation for all! The location is convenient (a bike ride away from Camp Richardson or a kayak trip downstream to Lake Tahoe) but if you choose not to leave, the house itself will keep you occupied. The game room is amazing and the back yard was the perfect setting for our badminton and volleyball matches. The back decks on the first and second floors make watching the events just as enjoyable as playing. And then there's Bonnie! It's not all too often you find a property owner/manager that is as accomodating and service-oriented as Bonnie! She is fantastic! You will really get the sense that she wants your stay to be as enjoyable as you do! This was actually the second time I had rented from Bonnie and when it came time to narrowing in on the choice of home we would rent, the fact that Bonnie was behind this one sealed the deal! I'm looking forward to returning and renting from Bonnie once again! Thanks for all your hospitality!

Just wanted to send you a quick email to again say Thanks so very much for having us in your wonderful home! We had such a great time - your home is lovely , the location was perfect, and all the extras, i.e. bikes, coolers, camp chairs, made it so easy on us for the soccer tournament! And too, we appreciate you allowing us to leave later, allowing us to come back and do a final cleanup after our last game! (Our Palos Verdes Girls Under14 team won the entire tournament !! So we then plan to come back to defend our title next year and would love to stay again!) Again, thank you!
