Having stayed in many Las Vegas Hotels/Condos, I can honestly say that these rentals are the best. It starts with a great location and ends with a relaxing stay. It was apparent that the designers of the three towers had the customer in mind. It offers great pools, a lazy river, fast or upscale food and of course gambling. The Signitures are now my first choice for a Las Vegas stay.

I absolutely loved this room. Very comfortable felt very home like. The biggest plus for me was the tub, I used the tub every morning and every evening. The only down fall about staying here is the walk through the casino...it isn't the shortest walk ever, but we managed...and learned to take different routes depending on where we were going. It's very peaceful and quite, great for people who don't want to be around the party scene!

Our 4 night stay was amazing....rooms were large and clean with comfy beds and a good supply of towels. Will stay here again and never in a casino hotel again. Desk and restaurant personnel were welcoming and the doormen couldn't have been more helpful getting us taxi's when needed. Quick 10 minute walk to the strip which our room overlooked. Also very convenient to get to the MGM Grand and the monorail. Could also walk to many other casino's on the strip. Though it was December and some were using the outdoor pool we found it somewhat chilly for our blood to do so. The 4 of us, fiftyish, away for a girls weekend had no problem walking miles during the day taking in all the sights and great shopping. Usually cabbed it at night as we were in "heels".
Owner response:Rentals by Owner Direct at the Signature says THANK YOU. We put more towels in our suites than anyone else does. Also, we love cleanliness. Sounds like you girls had lots of fun!!

Great set up for travel with small pet. I was pleased to find a potty area. The only downside is the long walk to the MGM casino which was hard for my 84 year old mom.
Owner response:"Small Pets" are always welcomed when you rent from "Rental by Owner Direct at the Signature, div of Century 21.

My husband, sister, brother-in-law and I rented these two suites for a three night visit to LV. The booking was professional and all questions answered promptly. We have used this site many times to book houses in other countries and have become friendly with the owners during the transaction. These suites are owned by a company so that personal touch is a bit diminished. The suites are on the 33rd floor, which was a bit of a concern for me due to height issues, but the agent assured me I wouldn't be bothered do to the set up, and she was right. The suites are very nice, towels and toiletries for all the days are out, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with basics, which assisted us in preparing breakfast and lunch in the rooms. The doors to the suites can be opened, with an outer door providing security, and this allows you to walk from room to room if you are sharing. The pool and spa area was nice, the staff at the hotel very professional and friendly, and the hotel bar was cozy and staffed by a nice, engaging bartender. Some writers felt the walk was a bit far from the strip, but it didn't bother us too much. After day one we exited out the front door, walked to the area the cars come through, and walked to the strip that way. So much quicker and you avoid the smoke of the casino! There was only one issue I feel needs to be looked at and that is basic cleaning service of the rooms. For the price point I feel that basic cleaning, like in a hotel or property rental, should be included. While we always clean up our room, it would have been nice to have the garbage emptied especially when meals are being prepared. We looked outside the room and could not find a trash area. However, besides this one issue, I would stay at this property again and am very glad I found it. My family was likewise pleased and the pull out bed was a bonus for our newphew, who lives in LV, but wanted to spend most of his time with us! Thanks again for the great stay! For those that are going to LV, we had a good time at Tina and Tony's wedding, Cirque Elvis, and the buffet at Aria, in addition to the regular attractions.

Everything was great, could have used a little bit more dusting/wiping down of appliances in "kitchenette", but otherwise everything was perfect. A ton of extra towels, bed was comfy, very roomy, and the adjoining suites were perfect for four gals in Vegas! Very quiet, view was really nice as well.
Owner response:"A Ton of Towels" is very true. We give a great value for what you pay. "Rental by Owner Direct at the Signature" says a BIG Thank You.

We were located on the upper penthouse floor, 38th, in the Signature. We were in the unit on the right side and the strip view was somewhat obstructed to the right by the Westgate Tower, however, the Westgate outside structure is reflective glass so all is not lost. The unit to the left would have had a better view. We also were just off the elevator and could hear elevator noise at night, however, not enough to disturb sleep. The carpet in this unit is dirty and needs replacement, as it is bunched in areas and the sofa is slightly warn. Overall, the unit was clean, although not spotless, comfortable and modern. The small fridge worked well for its size. The Signature service from all staff members was excellent and the poolside chicken nuggets as well. The Signature pools were clean, but we wished there was a baby pool for the diaper dippers. The adult only pool was smaller than the others and not good for lap swimming. We tried the MGM pool several times but it was too crowded and opted for the Signature pools which were peaceful and never over crowded. The Signature is a clean, smokefree oasis from the strip madness and a short walk through a covered hallway from the MGM Grand to any tower. I would stay here again without hesitation, but would consider a penthouse suite with non strip view to catch the sunrise in the morning, but then again I would miss the lights of the strip (Its a toss up). It is hard not to have fun in Las Vegas, just look around and fun will find you. In addition, the Valley of Fire State Park is not to be missed. Viva Las Vegas!!

This is our second time staying at the Signature. We like the Signature because it is quiet and the rooms are very comfortable. However, this property is showing signs of its age. The carpet was dirty, the tile grout was very dirty and the furniture worn (pillows hide the worn spots). It could use a good cleaning and some sprucing up. Don't be fooled by this property being located on a penthouse floor. The floor was no different than any other floor at the Signature. Since it is a privately owned property maid service is not included. The patio was dirty and there is no furniture to sit outside.

Loved the apartments. Better than expected. Owner left plenty of towels, toilet rolls & toiletries as well as tea & coffee etc. Apartments were very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. Fantastic views. Signature lounge was quieter and cheaper than the main MGM hotel. All facilities were well maintained. Concierge extremely efficient. All in all we had a wonderful stay.
Owner response:"Very Clean, Plenty of Toiletries, Tea and Coffee", you made our day. When you rent from us, you are dealing directly with the OWNERS. "Rental by Owner Direct at the Signature" says thank you.

I was in Vegas for a hockey tournament. Typically they have hotel packages available with the tournament, but for about the same cost, 4 of us were able to rent out this unit. It was a significant upgrade. Each of us had our own bed which is a huge plus. We also were able to dry our gear on the balcony. Beyond the actual property, dealing with Signature Rentals was an absolute pleasure. After some e-mail exchanges for information, the booking was all set. A week before, I contacted them to add another name to the reservation so one of my teammates could check in as they were arriving before me. My team was fortunate enough to make it into the championship game on the day of our check out. We called Signature Rentals on a Saturday evening and received a call back the next morning and we arranged a late checkout (A small cost is written into the contract, but you still need to coordinate it with them). Its just nice to see them available to help on weekends to accommodate last minute requests.

Thanks for making our stay in Vegas (Aug 4-8 2010) off the chain...The lisitng for this property was to the "T". Glad we did the side by side suites we just closed the foyer door and our party began. Nice layout of the rooms and the bathroom is to die for. Not on the strip but a short walk about 2-3 blocks and your in the mist of it all. MGM Grand is actually attached. LOVED IT!!! I only wish more trash bags were available (with 7 women we had a lot of trash). Would rent again when in Vegas...

This place is everything it appears to be. The balconies make the room, we spent most of our time out there just enjoying it. The bed was extremely comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was awesome. Everything was super clean and we had all the items we needed. Thank you for renting to us! We had an amazing time :)

I inquired about "splitting" the double because there were only two of us. Instead, we we offered a jr suite on the 37th floor. Turned out to be PERFECT. This Tower 2 center unit had a larger balcony than the one we had in Tower 1 the previous year. Very easy to deal with. Was a little reluctant about the housekeeping in that it is a private company, but I could not tell the difference. Why would anyone book through the Sig when they can get better rooms on higher floors for that much less? Hoping to go back in Sept 2011 IF the same room is available. The private pools are awesome for us folks that don't quite have the bodies to hang around the more glamourous pools at the MGM! Not very crowded, salt water pools, nice hot tubs and quick cocktail service!

These condos are behind the massive MGM Grand Hotel. They are close enough to the Strip to be convenient to all of the action, but far enough away to give you peace and quiet when you want it. They are well-equipped and have all of the amenities that you would hope for or expect. I even found a pair of scissors when I needed them. Finally, the price is well below what you would pay for the same suite if you rented it directly from MGM.
Owner response:We are a group of owners that have very high standards. We inspect our suites monthly for cleanliness, supplies, etc. Because we are the owners, our prices to you are lower.

What a great place to stay. It was beautiful with great views. Very nicely appointed and maintained. We have been to Las Vegas many times and this was our best stay by far. I also loved the parking. Drive up and hop out and away to our room. We drove everywhere and found some really great out of the way places this time. It as always great to come home to the Signature.

Great place in very good condition. The owner was very easy to work with. Valet parking staff was friendly and efficient. Only once did i have to wait more than 2 minutes for my car. Due to the lack of furniture on the balcony they were underutilized even though weather was perfect for using them. It is a long walk to the strip through the MGM Grand, so bring your hiking shoes. Close proximity to get on the tram for other destinations on the strip. I would highly recommend this place and these owners for your reservations.

I stayed there with my cousins and we has the adjoining suites. It was great! I highly recommend this property! Lianne was available whenever I had questions. We felt very comfortable especially after going to Trader Joe's to stock the fridge. The staff were awesome too! I would surely stay there again! Only one drawback was the small coffee pot. Thank you Lianne!

I've never used a site like this or rented from a owner. Lianne was a pleasure to work out our dates and price for both suites. Upon arrival it feels as if you are driving into your own place. The service from the hotel is awesome. When we got to the rooms, we were pleasantly surprised. The kitchenette was great with everything you need from microwave, refrig, toaster, blender and coffee pot. (bring your own coffee, the hotel won't give you any because it is owner owned) The bathrooms were so big and nice. I can't say anything negative about this place. Great place and great owner. p.s. this is a valet only hotel. debbie
