Our condominium is the upper unit of a two unit, duplex-style house. It was built in 2004 and we have just remodeled and furnished it with brand new furniture, linens, kitchenware, electronics, etc.
There is an ocean view deck off the master bedroom with street level access. The deck has a gas BBQ, table and chairs so you can enjoy the ocean view. The appliances are SubZero and Viking including a large wine cooler. Front Load HE washer and dryer are in the unit. The floors are travertine with large area rugs for barefoot comfort. Kitchen has granite counters and bathroom counters are travertine.
We have a 50" plasma TV and DVD player with cable TV in the living room, a 32" LCD TV and DVD player in the master bedroom and second bedroom.
With 2-3 parking spaces off-street, you'll never have to juggle your cars around trying to find parking. We provide all your linens (sheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels, wash cloths, dish towels) and starter toilet paper, paper towels, tissues and trash can liners. There is an outside shower to rinse off sand, plus we have included beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards for you to use during your stay.

Why the Owner Chose Balboa Peninsula
Newport Beach is a great beach for families with something for everyone to do. We have always wanted to have our own place so we could use it as often as we could get away. The weather is great. Newport Beach is easy to drive to and close to several airports.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
This condo is very new for the area. Built in 2004 and has all the amenities we could want. There is plenty of room inside, with an ocean view deck and lots of parking, which is hard to come by at the beach. It is about a minutes' walk to the sand and is close to everything. We think it is perfect and very affordable for a great vacation.
