We have a wonderful family beach house for rent about 800 yards from Loop Beach in the village of Cotuit, on the iconic Nantucket Sound. The large shingled 5 bedroom (3 queens, 1 double, 4 singles), 3 bath home has been our family “cottage” for 25 years. It is beautifully and comfortably furnished and has everything your group of family/friends need for an idyllic stay on Cape Cod.
The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of room for collaborative cooking. The home has wrap around decks with awnings for comfortable outdoor relaxing and dining. It is very nicely situated at the end of a cul de sac so all is very quiet other than morning birds.
The village of Cotuit, located in the Town of Barnstable, has a wonderful market, an historic and user friendly library, the Kettle Ho restaurant and bar (great Red Sox watching venue) and our very own Kettleers of the Cape Cod Baseball League. At the end of Main Street is the famous Cahoon Museum and the elegant Regatta, one of the top restaurants on Cape Cod.
We love this home and are offering it for one week minimum rentals between May 1 and October 31st. We love multiple week bookings for which we offer discounts.
