The marina of the Washington Channel is only a 10-minute walk away. The Subway (Underground or Tube) Mass Transit Rail (MTR) Station is simply a 2 blocks walking distance.

Washington, DC Southwest Quadrant including DC's Waterfront district is actually composed of four separate sections:

We loved the home studio unit! It provided a beautiful view and was so convenient to the metro and even a grocery store. I was anxious about coming because I had never rented a home from the web. (We usually stay in hotels in D.C.) However, it was a rewarding experience. It was just what we needed. I never said anything before but our son passed away on November 13th. We needed to get away for Christmas, and your studio unit was a gift.
