We recently visited the Royale Palms and had a wonderful time. The unit is on the first floor in a great location. It was clean and nicely decorated. My family enjoyed the resort, the weather and the condo. Thanks to Sherri , it was a pleasure working with you. We will be visiting again shortly and hope to rent this unit.

Beautiful condo

We just returned from spending a week in this first floor condo. The condo was decorated beautifully, clean and extremely spacious. We were able to avoid the crowds on the elevators because it was a first floor unit which was convenient when coming from pool and/or beach or just coming back for lunch. The unit was very private and we didn't have other guests walking by our windows. I can't say enough about this unit. The beach, pools and pool bar were within a close proximaty. I would highly recommend renting this condo and would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo!

We were delighted that we had rented this condo at Royale Palms!..it was very clean, very neat, very well maintained. It was beautifully decorated and it was obvious that the owners wanted a condo that visitor's could come to and have a relaxing and enjoyable stay! Regardless of what you enjoy about Myrtle Beach...it was in a convenient location..lots of shopping and restaurants near by. The staff at the gate were great and the young lady who cleans the condo was so very nice! The owner was great to deal with, she made the complete process very easy. I even received my deposit back much sooner than expected! Thanks Sherri for allowing us to stay...hope to rent from you again!

New Years Weekend - the BEST!!!

We went to Myrtle Beach for a relaxing yet fun New Years and boy, were we impressed! Talk about a 5 star place to stay--this is it and an excellent value for the money. We didn't want to leave! You will not be disappointed - this condo is beautiful, professionally decorated, and the location is awesome. Easy to get to from Hwy 22 (the new bypass) and near all the shopping, golf courses, and the best restaurants. Our experience, from start to finish, was wonderful. Thank you, Sherri!

We had a fantastic stay. There's a lot to be said about having the 1st floor unit and avoiding all of the crowds at the elevator. Plenty of room in this location and everything was neat, clean and tidy. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great trip in this beautiful condo. It was conviently located on the first floor of the building eliminating the use of elevators. The condo was very nicely furnished and had all of necessities needed for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen had all of the amenities required and the layout was perfect for my group of young adults that I took with me. The condo was very clean with up to date flat sceen and huge TVs in the rooms. I would recommend to everyone. Thanks for letting us use your condo. Would like to rent again from you!

This condo is awesome

We had a blast staying in this condo. This place is clean like a whistle and extremely well equipped. The owners prepared a folder with a list of attractions, restaurants etc and were very fast in responding to any emails. The beach and a few pools are only steps away and everybody was so friendly. Grocery stores are within a couple miles and also a bunch of restaurants. We were a family of four with two kids (3 and 9) and had the time of our life. This place is strongly recommended and we will hopefully be back next year again.

Luxurious, Spacious and Very Accomodating

This unit was just fabulous! The ease of not having to deal with the elevators, yet cozy and comfortable having the large space inside the condo and also the outdoor deck. The condo is beautiful and spotless. The owner is kind, caring and very helpful. We enjoyed having our coffee on the deck in the mornings and the ease of getting to and from the beach/pool. No fuss with elevators. Our kids loved the pool and the ease of getting to and from the beach. We also had a great time walking to the Apache Pier and enjoying all the amenities that Kingston offers. Thank you and we will make this our summer vacation condo for years to come. The owner, Sherri was great to work with, thank again! If we can work it out we would like to see you again this fall.
