Location: West Tisbury, Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts, USA (Lambert's Cove is 6 Miles from Vineyard Haven Ferry Landing)

The house is located off Lambert's Cove Road in Lambert's Cove on 3 + acres. The driveway goes through a front field, and a patch of woods to the main house with a central chimney built in 1750 with two good sized additions on either side: (an eat-in kitchen and a downstairs bedroom) There is also an optional guesthouse with kitchen, bath, barn bedroom (rustic) and open porch. Both houses have extraordinary views and overlook James Pond (a 12 acre great pond) with the dunes beyond to the "association beach". Our beach is used by only 4 families and faces Nauchon, one of the Elizabeth Islands. The West Tisbury Public beach is separate and to the right when you get to the beach. Although there are neighbors, no houses are visible from the house. The property is very quiet and private.
The Up Island Market (Cronigs) is out the driveway to the right about 5 miles tops. In the small shopping complex there is an ATM, also a post office, small specialty food store and a prescription drug store - newspapers available at both. There are also banks. restaurants and movies a short drive to different towns on the Island
