Built in the closed domain of Vista Alegre on the main hill, the view from any places of the villa is fabulous to the Punta Port Roig, to the Mediterranean sea and the isla of Formentera.
The sun covers 170 ° and the colors of the mountains are changing minutes by minutes during the rising and setting sun. The place is very quiet (with a not thoroughfare road), near all interesting and typical beauties and amusements of Ibiza.
The domain has its own watchmen 24/24 hours and has just one entry with security.
This villa (with a huge living room and terrace)is charming, tastily decorated, cozy with high standard equipment, including many amenities to live on the terrace.
