Villa Anemomylos is situated in the beginning of the town of Ia(Oia) and it has an amazing view of Fira (main town), the volcano and the island of Thirassia.
The villa is comprised of one master bedroom with double bed, a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a small dining area. It also has a bathroom and another area with a double bed. The villa can accommodate up to 5 guests by adding a roll away bed.
Outside there is a lovely private front yard/patio with an umbrella, a table and chairs.
The breakfast (which is not included in the price), can be taken if you wish at a nearby restaurant, only 60 metres away from the villa. Also, we provide free use of the nicely decorated swimming pool which is located exactly underneath the restaurant and has a view to the back side of the island, of the Aegean Sea and Ios Island.
If someone wants to use wireless Internet (PayAsYouGo), you can use it at the restaurant where the breakfast is served, or swimming pool area.
The centre of Ia(Oia) is only 500 metres away.
A bus stop can be found as soon as you reach the main street.
The villa is approximately 40 steps down on the cliff.
Private parking for the car/motorbike will be provided exactly below the restaurant, only 60 metres away.
This villa is ideal for small families because the patio in front provides the perfect amount of space for a kid to roam free.
It is also perfect for couples that want to have an amazing view of the Caldera, be near the town and the main road, but also want to have some quite time amongst other properties in the area.

The villa is also at the beginning of the walking path for hiking, which leads to Imerovigli village and the Town of Fira. It's path with amazing views all along. It is perfect for people that like hiking. Bring trainer shoes with you.

The price includes:

Cancellation policy:
- No penalty for cancellations 31 days or more before confirmed arrival.
- 21-30 days prior to arrival, results in 25%of cost of stay.
- 15-20 days prior to arrival, results in 50% of cost of stay.
- 7-14 days prior to arrival, results in 75% of cost of stay.
- 0-6 days prior to arrival, results in 100% of cost of stay.
- No-show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% of cost of stay.

Payment policy:
- We require 50% deposit on all bookings in order to hold the dates, unless they are made within a month from the date of arrival, in which case we require 100% deposit.
The deposit should be made through wire transfer in our bank account and the rest of the amount will be payable upon arrival in cash or travelers cheques.
- PayPal can also be used in some cases, but there will be an extra 3% charge for this service on the amount being transferred.
- At the time of booking, besides the deposit, we also need your credit card details for security reasons only. The card will not be charged unless there is a last minute cancellation or no-show.
