Why the Owner Chose Lighthouse Road Villas
The boys inherited the villa and chose to keep it because of all of their wonderful memories of time spent there. Tom lives in Hilton Head and manages the villa personally so renters do not have to deal with a management company that has many units to deal with. Tom is available for assistance if there are any problems. The other brothers visit whenever they can.

This is a great place to stay . It is located close to everything. We had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and has everything you need . The owners are on premise so if you have any questions or need anything they are available for you . I would highly recommend this home .

Excellent, roomy villa, with a great location in Sea Pines. About a 5 minute bike ride to the Beach Club and about 10 minutes to Harbor Town. Owners were great -- they live in Hilton Head and they are just a phone call or email away if you have any questions. House is in great condition and the kitchen is stocked with all your cooking amenities. You really can't beat the price of this condo and we wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again. Thanks again!

My daughter and I had a fabulous time. The villa exceeded our expectations. A nice quiet end unit with a relaxing view of the golf course. You can't go wrong renting this property. The owners are very accommodating and it's a plus that they live right in Sea Pines. We look forward to visiting again next year.

We were very impressed with the accommodations! They even had beach chairs and umbrella in the storage area! We also liked the proximity to activities - 10 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute bike ride to South Beach and Harbor Town. The owners were very friendly and gracious too! Overall, we had an excellent vacation!

This villa is very convenient to the pool, the beach club, golf courses and is basically located in the heart of Sea Pines. The owners are local and have provided much attention to detail. The kitchen is stocked, the villa completely immaculate and the view out the back is beautiful. The Carolina room is a delight. You simply cannot go wrong as a comparable villa directly from Sea Pines could be double what the owners charge. What an amazing stay.

The villa was just as described. The location was perfect and the end unit made for a very quiet stay. The villa is a short bike ride to the beach and pool which was great for our 12 and 16 year olds. The villa was stocked with everything that we needed and was very comfortable. Owners were very accommodating and easy to work with.

My family really enjoyed our stay in this villa. It is an end unit, incredibly quiet, and in a great location for getting to the beach and Harbor town. This villa is lovely and stands out in how nicely it is maintained (and I have rented from private owners for years in Sea Pines). The coffee table books, wall decorations, and children's room (complete with wooden rocking chair) all evoke a feeling of being home. The owners are also very friendly, available, and live year round in Sea Pines.
