This unit is owned by the sons of Grandpa and Grandma who were the original owners of the villa and enjoyed it as a second home for many years. Tom lives in Hilton Head and manages the unit personally.
Why the Owner Chose Lighthouse Road Villas
The boys inherited the villa and chose to keep it because of all of their wonderful memories of time spent there. Tom lives in Hilton Head and manages the villa personally so renters do not have to deal with a management company that has many units to deal with. Tom is available for assistance if there are any problems. The other brothers visit whenever they can.
