Grocery store, restaurant, beauty salon, bank, golf course and much more just across the street.
This exclusive Gold Canyon area has a "country feel" but it is located just minutes from Mesa/Phoenix area. The Canyon Vistas RV Resort was newly built in 1999 and has over 600 oversized resort sites with the average age of the residents in their mid-sixties. Pets maybe considered within certain guidelines and restrictions. Smoking is not allowed in the home.

Our rental has the open desert right behind it. Lots of wildlife to enjoy, AND an unobstructed view of the evening sunsets. Nice to have the privacy in back.
