This waterfront condo community is situated in a secluded area on Vancouver Island's eastern shore near the Village of Cedar between the City of Nanaimo and the Town of Ladysmith. The shores overlook the Georgia Strait and Channel Islands with the mainland peaks beyond. This condominium project was recently renovated with new siding, balconies and windows and a fresh landscape design was installed this spring. Situated directly on the waterfront, spectacular views of the morning sunrise and evening moon bracket beautiful weather for which this area is famous.
You will feel right at home in this remarkable and lovely condo. The owners have taken pride of ownership to a very high level with Italian Leather couches and original oil paintings along with colourful wall hangings, even with a computer enabling you to stay in touch with the outside world. At your discretion! Everything you need to have a very special holiday is at your fingertips. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances as well as dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dishes and utensils. All linens such as sheets, towels and dish towels are included for your convenience. Rates include parking, Hydro, 50 Channel TV and High Speed Internet connection from Shaw Cable.
Our climate is the most temperate in all of Canada, which gives the area a well deserved reputation as a year round vacation time. Whether our guests are Seniors taking a break from the snow and cold winter temperatures, or families spending their summer holidays at the seashore, there are plenty of local activities to please all age groups.
